Journal ArticleDOI
Anisotropic active ligandations in siRNA-Loaded hybrid nanodiscs lead to distinct carcinostatic outcomes by regulating nano-bio interactions.
Qing Chen,Guannan Guan,Feiyang Deng,Dan Yang,Peiyao Wu,Shuangming Kang,Ruimeng Sun,Xiaoyou Wang,Demin Zhou,Wenbing Dai,Xueqing Wang,Hua Zhang,Bing He,Dawei Chen,Qiang Zhang,Qiang Zhang +15 more
TL;DR: The mechanism investigation revealed the functional anisotropy specifically for E-cRGD-NDs, and provided a new strategy for the targeting screening of extensive nanomedicines.
Journal Article
The pharmacokinetics and disposition of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate in dogs and rats
Y Q Lou,Hua Zhang,X Cao,M L Chen +3 more
TL;DR: Studies on the pharmacokineties and bioavailability of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate (TMPP) after intravenous, intramuscular and oral administrations were carried out in comparision with TMPH in dogs, finding that TMPP was absorbed relatively completely and distributed in various tissues, especially in the liver.
Journal ArticleDOI
Perinatal exposure to low-dose methoxychlor impairs testicular development in C57BL/6 mice.
TL;DR: Perinatal exposure to low-dose MXC disturbs the testicular development in mice and suggests similar dysfunctional effects on male reproduction in humans.
Journal ArticleDOI
The impact of receptor recycling on the exocytosis of αvβ3 integrin targeted gold nanoparticles.
Yanan Cui,Xiaoning Song,Suxin Li,Bing He,Lan Yuan,Wenbing Dai,Hua Zhang,Xueqing Wang,Bin Yang,Qiang Zhang,Qiang Zhang +10 more
TL;DR: The results showed that the enhanced and fast internalization of cRGDfK-PEG-AuNPs into U87 cells was associated with the high expression level of αvβ3 integrin, uncovering a new underlying behavior of receptor mediated TDDS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mandarin lexical tone recognition in sensorineural hearing-impaired listeners and cochlear implant users.
Shuo Wang,Bo Liu,Hua Zhang,Ruijuan Dong,Robert Mannell,Philip Newall,Xueqing Chen,Beier Qi,Luo Zhang,Demin Han +9 more
TL;DR: Investigating the Mandarin lexical tone recognition performance of sensorineural hearing-impaired listeners and post-lingually deafened cochlear implant users found that Tone 3 was the easiest one to perceive and Tone 2 was the hardestOne to perceive.
