Development and evaluation of Mandarin disyllabic materials for speech audiometry in China

TL;DR: Phonologically balanced Mandarin disyllabic materials with high familiarity were designed based on the basic rules for developing speech materials and the particular characteristics of Mandarin, and recorded digitally and found to have sufficient reliability and validity to be used in clinical situations.
Journal ArticleDOI

A comprehensive study of iRGD-modified liposomes with improved chemotherapeutic efficacy on B16 melanoma.

TL;DR: iRGD reserved its tumor-penetrating properties well when modified on the surface of liposomes at optimal density and iRGD-SSL-DOX would be a promising drug delivery system for active targeting tumor therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI

A specific peptide ligand-modified lipid nanoparticle carrier for the inhibition of tumor metastasis growth.

TL;DR: The tumor metastasis-targeted nanocarrier system constructed by modification of stealth lipid nanoparticles with a specific peptide ligand holds great potential in the treatment of cancer metastasis foci and even for the prevention of tumor metastasi.
Journal ArticleDOI

The effect of linkers on the self-assembling and anti-tumor efficacy of disulfide-linked doxorubicin drug-drug conjugate nanoparticles.

TL;DR: The linkage sites and types of linker exhibited great influence on in vitro cytotoxicity and in vivo anti‐tumor efficacy, particularly, modification on C‐14 hydroxyl was more efficient for DOX release than on amino group, and disulfide‐bond was not cleaved and DOX‐SH release did not occur in the metabolism process.
