Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of nanoelectrode ensembles by electrodepositon of Au nanoparticles on single-layer graphene oxide sheets

TL;DR: The results show that the target DNA can be detected as low as 100 fM, i.e. 0.5 amol DNA in 5 μL solution, and after the probe HS-DNA is immobilized on the NEEs through the Au-S bonding, the targetDNA is detected with the methylene blue intercalator.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nanoparticle-coated PDMS elastomers for enhancement of Raman scattering.

TL;DR: A simple but efficient method for highly sensitive Raman detection, covering a thin polydimethylsiloxane elastomer, pre-coated with a layer of Au or Ag nanoparticles, onto the detected substrate, is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of Palladium-Based Crystalline@Amorphous Core-Shell Nanoplates for Highly Efficient Ethanol Oxidation.

TL;DR: The synthesis of binary (Pd-P) crystalline@amorphous heterostructurednanoplates using Cu3- χ P nanoplates as templates, via cation exchange, is reported, resulting in a nanoplate that possesses a crystalline core and an amorphous shell with the same elemental components, referred to as c-PD-P@a-P d-P.
Journal ArticleDOI

Gold‐Nanoparticle‐Embedded Polydimethylsiloxane Elastomers for Highly Sensitive Raman Detection

TL;DR: A simple, convenient, and efficient method for highly sensitive Raman detection is made by using a Au nanoparticle-embedded polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) elastomer, referred to as AuNP-PDMS, which can dramatically enhance the Raman signal of detected molecules.
