TL;DR: In this paper, a post hoc analysis assessed DPL efficacy in pts with BL Eos ≥150cells/µL and FeNO ≥20ppb, DPL 200/300mg q2w vs PBO significantly reduced severe exacerbations by 66% and 63% and improved FEV1 by 0.26L and 0.22L, respectively.
