TL;DR: The research work done for development of a lightweight and low-cost robotic glove that post-stroke patients can use to recover hand functionality and on two types of recuperative actions (tele-operation and program based actions).
Abstract: The paper presents the research work done for development of a lightweight and low-cost robotic glove that post-stroke patients can use to recover hand functionality. The work focused on two directions for the robotic glove structure (exoskeleton and wearable soft robotic glove) and on two types of recuperative actions (tele-operation and program based actions). Given the performance tests ran for the robotic gloves, better results were shown with the wearable soft robotic glove that could also be combined with Functional Electrical Stimulation in order to improve the post-stroke hand rehabilitation.

TL;DR: This paper extracts access control rules specified in SecureUML model, analyzes source code of its program and proposes an algorithm to check the compliance between two paradigms.
Abstract: Access control is one of the most efficient ways to restrict resource access violations. However, in software development process, programs may not be fully complied with access policies represented in specifications. In this paper, we present an approach to verify the access policies compliance between a SecureUML model and its software program. We extract access control rules specified in SecureUML model, analyze source code of its program and propose an algorithm to check the compliance between two paradigms. Our approach can help programmers to detect some resource access violations and to improve the quality of software systems.

TL;DR: In this article, the solvothermal synthesis and characterization of ultrasmall (<10 nm) ceria nanoparticles using oleylamine as solvent and capping agent was reported.
Abstract: Due to the unique property of cerium to easily switch oxidation states between Ce3 + and Ce4 + , cerium oxide has gained a considerable interest in the field of biomedicine as potential antioxidant agent exerting neuroprotective effects, as well. This work reports on the solvothermal synthesis and characterization of ultrasmall (<10 nm) ceria nanoparticles using oleylamine as solvent and capping agent.
