The method includes acquiring an analysis target phrase and additional information associated with the target phrase. A term is obtained form the additional information. And the phrase is analyzed to extract a key term or keyword by using the term extracted from the additional data.

A Study on Development of OTIP System using QR Code based on Smartphone

Abstract: Today, as the supply of smart phones becomes active and a variety of functions of smart phones and services based on internet is utilized, a wide range of applications are being developed and deployed. Despite the rapid growth of smart phones and the application market, the attendance book which is currently being used is still in its primitive forms. Previously developed automatic attendance or absence check system requires additional equipments such as RFID reader and fingerprint reader, with higher deployment costs and has problems of management such as mechanical failure and dishonest attendance. In this paper, an automatic attendance check system based on smart phones utilizing the QR code for recognizing the code using the built-in camera function of smart phones and accessing the information included in the recognized code in real-time basis is proposed. The proposed system, by utilizing the built-in camera function of smart phones, can reduce the initial deployment costs because it does not require additional equipments when building the system and has partially solved the problems of dishonest attendance and improved the recognition rate.

The 4-River Restoration Project from the Viewpoint of 21st Century River Management

Abstract: 대한민국의 주요 하천인 한강, 금강, 낙동강, 영산강에서 2009년 11월부터 정부가 추진하는 4대강 살리기 사업 (이후 4대강 사업)이 본격적으로 시작됐다. 정부는 기후변화 시대에 홍수와 가뭄에 대비하고 물 부족 시대에 수 자원을 확보하며, 하천의 자연 생태계를 살리고 사람이 즐길 수 있는 레저 친수문화 공간을 조성하기 위해서라고 사업 목적을 내세운다. 환경시민단체와 상당수의 학자, 전문가들은 4대강 살리기 사업의 근간인 하도(강줄기)준설 과 보 건설은 하천 수질 오염과 자연과 생태 환경 파괴로 끝날 뿐이라며 강하게 반대한다. 22조 2천억 원이라는 막대한 사업비가 들어가는 거대 사업의 시한을 정부는 이명박 대통령 임기 말년인 2012년으로 못 박고 있다. 2010년 지방선거와 2012년 차기 대통령 선거를 앞두고 전국 규모의 대형 토목 개발 사업을 이용한다는 의혹까지 제기되고 있다. 4대강 살리기 사업에 대한 비판과 결과에 대한 논란은 사업 기간은 물론 종료 이후에도 계속될 것으로 전망된다.

Abstract: Slow fashion can be viewed as an activism that provides an alternative solution to the problematic issues of fast fashion in a practical sense; however, (from a theoretical point of view) it is a fashion phenomenon arising from the criticism of an accelerating society. Slowness emphasizes the virtues of moderation. Slowness refers to the recovery of human ethics that have been neglected due to the goal-oriented nature of an accelerating society. Slowness can solve the problem of conformity and discrimination in society through pluralism and respect for local indigenousness. The characteristics of slow fashion can be defined by the aesthetic values of circularity, sustainability, moderation, expressivity and convergence. This includes the beauty of circularity (which views the relationships of all processes as organic), the beauty of sustainability (which ensures the maintenance of continuous emotions and the durability of products that can be promoted through slow processes), the beauty of moderation (which places importance on spiritual values and the moderate use of materials), and the beauty of expressivity (which plays the role of a social messenger that facilitates social assertion). These combined values present the beauty of convergence such as the harmony of local communities and the world in a blend of the old and the new with an exchange between producers and consumers.

A Study on Improvement of Discharge Pressure Measurement of Indoor Fire Hydrant System

Abstract: Indoor fire hydrant facilities and sprinkler system applied to the initial fire suppression for buildings` interior fire are pivotal roles in extinguishing the fire in the early stage. The roof shapes of recent buildings combined with distinctive local culture and design are being constructed. Distinctive roof forms, i.e. gable roof buildings are planned and built, View point planning with the roof gardens also restricts measurement of the discharge pressure on the indoor fire hydrant, It is too narrow to gauge the water discharge pressure with deploying up to 5 water hoses. To resolve these problems improvement for the efficient management of indoor fire hydrant system and the effective early stage flame extinguishment is suggested.
