TL;DR: In this article, the influence of turnover intention and emotional intelligence, communication competence and stress coping of psychiatric nurses was examined, and the turnover intention showed a close correlation with the emotional intelligence.
Abstract: This study examined the influence of the turnover intention and emotional intelligence, communication competence and stress coping of psychiatric nurses. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 160 Korean Psychiatric nurses from February 2 to February 27, 2015. The data were analyzed using the frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation, stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 20.0. The turnover intention showed a close correlation with the emotional intelligence (r

TL;DR: A new block called Concentrated-Comprehensive Convolution (C3) is proposed which applies the asymmetric convolutions before the depth-wise separable dilated Convolution to compensate for the information loss due to dilated convolution.
Abstract: One of the practical choices for making a lightweight semantic segmentation model is to combine a depth-wise separable convolution with a dilated convolution. However, the simple combination of these two methods results in an over-simplified operation which causes severe performance degradation due to loss of information contained in the feature map. To resolve this problem, we propose a new block called Concentrated-Comprehensive Convolution (C3) which applies the asymmetric convolutions before the depth-wise separable dilated convolution to compensate for the information loss due to dilated convolution. The C3 block consists of a concentration stage and a comprehensive convolution stage. The first stage uses two depth-wise asymmetric convolutions for compressed information from the neighboring pixels to alleviate the information loss. The second stage increases the receptive field by using a depth-wise separable dilated convolution from the feature map of the first stage. We applied the C3 block to various segmentation frameworks (ESPNet, DRN, ERFNet, ENet) for proving the beneficial properties of our proposed method. Experimental results show that the proposed method preserves the original accuracies on Cityscapes dataset while reducing the complexity. Furthermore, we modified ESPNet to achieve about 2% better performance while reducing the number of parameters by half and the number of FLOPs by 35% compared with the original ESPNet. Finally, experiments on ImageNet classification task show that C3 block can successfully replace dilated convolutions.

TL;DR: This work suggests HCRNN with three hierarchical contexts of the global, the local, and the temporary interests, designed to withhold the global long-term interest of users, to reflect the local sub-sequence interests, and to attend the temporary interest of each transition.
Abstract: A long user history inevitably reflects the transitions of personal interests over time. The analyses on the user history require the robust sequential model to anticipate the transitions and the decays of user interests. The user history is often modeled by various RNN structures, but the RNN structures in the recommendation system still suffer from the long-term dependency and the interest drifts. To resolve these challenges, we suggest HCRNN with three hierarchical contexts of the global, the local, and the temporary interests. This structure is designed to withhold the global long-term interest of users, to reflect the local sub-sequence interests, and to attend the temporary interests of each transition. Besides, we propose a hierarchical context-based gate structure to incorporate our \textit{interest drift assumption}. As we suggest a new RNN structure, we support HCRNN with a complementary \textit{bi-channel attention} structure to utilize hierarchical context. We experimented the suggested structure on the sequential recommendation tasks with CiteULike, MovieLens, and LastFM, and our model showed the best performances in the sequential recommendations.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed an efficient target-oriented smart integrated multiple tracking system that looks up object location based on real time and guarantees the accuracy and reliability of logistics location and resource management by combining the function of multiple tracking systems.
Abstract: With the rapid development of the IoT market many institutions are researching and developing various integrated IOT service platforms. Among them the development of IoT based tracking system requires a platform environment that can check in real time the target-oriented logistics movement status in industrial sites and social environments and manage resources. Previous related researches studied about particular single object tracking and about establishing a linkage process, but there were no studies about systems using Multiple Tracking System that target a variety of objects to establish a total task process such as for materials, personnel, and operations and process management. The study developed an efficient target-oriented smart integrated multiple tracking system that looks up object location based on real time and guarantees the accuracy and reliability of logistics location and resource management by combining the function of multiple tracking system.

TL;DR: The results suggest that MP use in healthy subjects with habitually low dietary fruit and vegetable intake may be beneficial in providing resistance to oxidative damage to DNA and LDL without suppressing the endogenous defense mechanisms.
Abstract: Reactive oxygen species are important risk factors for age-related diseases, but they also act as signaling factors for endogenous antioxidative defense. The hypothesis that a multi-micronutrient supplement with nutritional doses of antioxidant nutrients and phytochemicals (MP) may provide protection against oxidative damage and maintain the endogenous antioxidant defense capacity was assessed in subjects with a habitually low intake of fruits and vegetables. In a randomized, placebo-controlled, and parallel designed trial, 89 eligible subjects were assigned to either placebo or MP for eight weeks. Eighty subjects have completed the protocol and included for the analysis. MP treatment was superior at increasing serum folate (p < 0.0001) and resistance to DNA damage (p = 0.006, tail intensity; p = 0.030, tail moment by comet assay), and LDL oxidation (p = 0.009) compared with the placebo. Moreover, the endogenous oxidative defense capacity was not weakened after MP supplementation, as determined by the levels of glutathione peroxidase (p = 0.442), catalase (p = 0.686), and superoxide dismutase (p = 0.804). The serum folate level was negatively correlated with DNA damage (r = -0.376, p = 0.001 for tail density; r = -0.329, p = 0.003 for tail moment), but no correlation was found with LDL oxidation (r = -0.123, p = 0.275). These results suggest that MP use in healthy subjects with habitually low dietary fruit and vegetable intake may be beneficial in providing resistance to oxidative damage to DNA and LDL without suppressing the endogenous defense mechanisms.
