Effects of Life Stress and Depression of Health College Students on Their Suicidal Ideation : Control Effects of Social Support

Abstract: 본 연구의 대상자는 G광역시에 소재한 G대학교 보건계열 3년제 학과 중에서 응급구조과, 물리치료과, 보건행정과를 임의선정하고 편의표집 한 390명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2012년 6월 4일부터 6일까지의 기간 동안 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식의 설문조사에 의하였다. 최종 분석은 366부를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN(Statistical Package for Social Science Windows) 12.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 모든 검정의 유의수준은 p 【This study selected 390 students attending the three-year curriculum departments of G college in G metropolitan city including emergency medical technology, physical therapy and health administration randomly as the subjects of the research. The research was conducted from June 4 to 6, 2012 with structured self-administered questionnaire, 366 responses were used for final analysis. Data collected were analyzed with SPSS WIN(Statistical Package for Social Science Windows) 12.0 program and all tests were verified at the significance level of 0.05. As a result of the research, it was found that interaction effects between depression from suicidal ideation and social support showed negative correlation and it was statistically significant. Consequently, it was confirmed that social support had control effects in the relationship between depression and suicidal ideation. Therefore, the development and application of individual and group counseling and regular education program to prevent suicide and increase self-esteem are required, practical education program should be conducted and studies showing its results and effects are also needed.】

ClovaCall: Korean Goal-Oriented Dialog Speech Corpus for Automatic Speech Recognition of Contact Centers

Abstract: Automatic speech recognition (ASR) via call is essential for various applications, including AI for contact center (AICC) services. Despite the advancement of ASR, however, most publicly available call-based speech corpora such as Switchboard are old-fashioned. Also, most existing call corpora are in English and mainly focus on open domain dialog or general scenarios such as audiobooks. Here we introduce a new large-scale Korean call-based speech corpus under a goal-oriented dialog scenario from more than 11,000 people, i.e., ClovaCall corpus. ClovaCall includes approximately 60,000 pairs of a short sentence and its corresponding spoken utterance in a restaurant reservation domain. We validate the effectiveness of our dataset with intensive experiments using two standard ASR models. Isolated central nervous system blast crisis in chronic myeloid leukemia

Abstract: We report a 39-year-old man with isolated central nervous system (CNS) relapse consisting of a lymphoid blast crisis of Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myelogenous leukemia (Ph+ CML) who had been treated with imatinib mesylate for a long time. Although complete cytogenetic remission was sustained for 10 months, the patient developed an isolated CNS relapse after controlling leukemia cutis. We started intrathecal chemotherapy and increased the imatinib dose to 600 mg/day. His symptoms improved, and no blasts were detected in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). After 2 months, isolated CNS relapse occurred once again. With prolonged intrathecal chemotherapy, the patient became asymptomatic with clear CSF. He remains in complete cytogenetic remission in the bone marrow and peripheral blood, with no CNS relapse. (Korean J Med 77:S441-S444, 2009)

치과위생사의 이직실태와 이직결정 요인에 관한 연구

Abstract: 본 연구는 치과위생사의 이직실태를 파악하고 이직에 영향을 주는 요인들을 분석하고자 수행하였다. 대한치과위생사협회 및 각 지회의 보수교육에 참여한 치과위생사를 대상으로 설문지와 설문조사의 안내문을 직접 배포하여 자기기입식으로 작성하게 하고 회수하였다. 불성실한 설문지를 제외하고 1,955명의 설문결과를 분석대상으로 하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 이직 경험현황, 이직 횟수, 이직 이유와 취업된 기관을 미 선택한 이유의 현황은 교차분석 하고, 카이검정으로 유의성을 확인하였다. 유의수준은 5% 이내에서 검증하였다. 이직 경험이 있는 치과위생사는 45.8%로 절반 수준이었고, 년 소득이 많을수록, 학력수준이 높을수록 근무경력이 많을수록 이직경험이 높게 나타났다. 이직횟수는 연령이 많을수록, 학력이 높을수록, 총 근무경력이 많을수록 그리고 기혼자일 경우 많았다. 이직요인은 야간업무나 업무영역 등 근무환경이 23.7%, 개인사유가 19.1%, 연봉 등 근무조건이 14.6% 순으로 높게 나타났다. 치과위생사의 직업수명을 연장하기 위한 다양한 대책마련이 필요하다고 판단된다. 【This study purpose is assessment to intention of turnover for dental hygienists. The study population was dental hygienists who registered at conference of Korean Dental Hygienists Association.
