Abstract: This paper proposes voicing-aware conditional discriminators for Parallel WaveGAN-based waveform synthesis systems. In this framework, we adopt a projection-based conditioning method that can significantly improve the discriminator's performance. Furthermore, the conventional discriminator is separated into two waveform discriminators for modeling voiced and unvoiced speech. As each discriminator learns the distinctive characteristics of the harmonic and noise components, respectively, the adversarial training process becomes more efficient, allowing the generator to produce more realistic speech waveforms. Subjective test results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method over the conventional Parallel WaveGAN and WaveNet systems. In particular, our speaker-independently trained model within a FastSpeech 2 based text-to-speech framework achieves the mean opinion scores of 4.20, 4.18, 4.21, and 4.31 for four Japanese speakers, respectively.

Abstract: 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 유아교사 220명을 대상으로 설문조사하여, 자료처리를 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 분석하였고, 독립변인이 종속변인을 예측하는 유용한 변인인지를 알아보기 위해 단순회귀분석과 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 이직의도에 대한 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 영향력을 분석한 결과, 직무스트레스 하위요인 중 원장의 지도력 및 행정적 지원 부족과 업무과부하로 인해 스트레스를 높게 지각하며 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족의 하위요인 중 근무환경과, 직무자체의 특성이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족이 부분매개효과를 거의 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 검증을 위해 sobel test를 실시한 결과, 매개변인의 효과가 유의미 하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 【This study examined the effects of teacher job stress and emotional intelligence on the turnover intent and job satisfaction. To this end, an early childhood teacher survey of 220 people using SPSS 9.0 data processing, analysis, and the independent variables were used to predict the dependent variable. Simple regression analysis and regression analysis of a follow-up examination were then performed. In the first study, the early childhood teachers' turnover intention due to job stress and job satisfaction revealed job stress to be a significant factor. The children's lack of leadership and administrative support work overload factors contributed to causes of stress. The turnover intention appeared to affect the mind. Second, early childhood teachers job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention were affected by attempts to mediate the influence of job stress. Therefore, mediation plays a significant role. These results show that infant teacher duties affect the turnover intention and job satisfaction.】

Abstract: State elimination is an intuitive and easy-to-implement algorithm that computes a regular expression from a finite-state automaton (FA). The size of a regular expression from state elimination depends on the state removal sequence. Note that it is very hard to compute the shortest regular expression for a given FA in general and we cannot avoid the exponential blow-up from state elimination. Nevertheless, we notice that we may have a shorter regular expression if we choose a good removal sequence. This observation motivates us to examine heuristics based on the structural properties of an FA and implement state elimination using the heuristics that run in polynomial time. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithm by experiments.

Abstract: This study is an analysis of the factors affecting the re-employment will and re-employment of the elderly workers, using the aging pannel(KLoSA). As a results of the analysis, re-employment will of high school graduates is higher than that of college graduates, but re-employment possibility is lower. This is somewhat contradictory results with other studies. This seems to be influenced by a large number of highly educated baby boomers` retire. 50s` re-employment will was lower than 60s`. As job factors, employed period and scale has a positive effect. In contrast, type of industry, job haven`t. In order to induce the re-employment of the elderly, inhibiting expansion of self-employment, job creation, irregular and minimum wage system improvements, Customized services are needed.
