TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the effectiveness of Web 20 applications in terms of citizens' awareness, interest, and engagement in Greek local government by investigating the usage and effectiveness of web 20 applications employed by the 325 Greek local governments.
Abstract: Are Greek local governments moving towards e-government 20 model? What are the factors that impact adoption of Web 20 tools? What is the effectiveness of these tools in terms of citizens’ awareness, interest, and engagement? The present study addresses these questions by investigating the usage and effectiveness of Web 20 applications employed by the 325 Greek local governments Results indicate that local authorities in Greece are moving towards an e-government 20 era, albeit slowly Local governments originating from municipalities with a large number of educated inhabitants who have made use of e-government services are more likely to be adopters of Web 20 tools In addition, findings suggest that Greek citizens are beginning to be more aware of the Facebook pages of their local governments while they seem more interested in their YouTube channels Hopefully, local governments can increase their citizens’ engagement by being active on Facebook Officials of local governments should increase their presence on social media such as Facebook and YouTube but their strategies should be differentiated for each social medium in order to benefit from their potential

TL;DR: In this paper, the lineshape of matrix-isolated methyl radical, CH3, spectra recorded in solid N2O and CO2 was carried out, and reversible temperature-dependent line width anisotropy was observed in both matrices.
Abstract: EPR investigation of the lineshape of matrix -isolated methyl radical, CH3, spectra recorded in solid N2O and CO2 was carried out. Reversible temperature-dependent line width anisotropy was observed in both matrices. This effect is a fingerprint of the extra-slow radical rotation about the in-plane C2 axes. The rotation was found to be anisotropic and closely correlated to the orientational dynamics of the matrix molecules. It was suggested that a recently discovered “hoping precession” effect of matrix molecules in solid CO2 is a common feature of matrices of the linear molecules CO, N2O, and CO2. A new low-temperature matrix effect, referred to as “libration trap”, was proposed which accounts for the changing CH3 reorientational motion about the radical C3-axis from rotation to libration. Temperature dependence of the intensity of the EPR satellites produced by these nonrotating—but librating methyls was presented. This allowed for a rough estimation of the rotation hindering potential due to correlation mismatch between the radical and the nearest matrix molecules' librations.

TL;DR: In this paper, a store image scale was constructed for fast food restaurants and a regression analysis and a structural equation analysis were performed to indicate the relative importance of each factor, which showed that intangible factors are more important than the tangibles for store image formation and for consumer satisfaction.
Abstract: Store image is made up of both tangible and intangible attributes. The knowledge of the composition is of great value for marketing managers and researchers. A store image scale was constructed for fast food restaurants. The scale contains three tangible and three intangible factors. Then a regression analysis and a structural equation analysis were performed to indicate the relative importance of each factor. Results showed that intangible factors are more important than the tangibles for store image formation and for consumer satisfaction. Researchers and marketing managers can use the instrument to have a better understanding of consumer behavior and improve marketing mix.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate a 7-step methodology that describes the way nature can act as a source of inspiration for the design and the development of a product and suggest special computerized tools and methods for the product optimization regarding its environmental impact.
Abstract: The aim of this study is to demonstrate a 7-step methodology that describes the way nature can act as a source of inspiration for the design and the development of a product. Furthermore, it suggests special computerized tools and methods for the product optimization regarding its environmental impact i.e. material selection, production methods. For validation purposes, a garden chaise lounge that imitates the form of a scorpion was developed as a result for the case study and the presentation of the current methodology.

TL;DR: S.A.T.E.P.: Synchronous-Asynchronous Tele-education Platform is a software application for educational purposes, with a lot of parametrizing (configuration) features written entirely from scratch, that aims at the training and examination of computer skills, a platform that can be adjusted to the needs of each lesson.
Abstract: S.A.T.E.P.: Synchronous-Asynchronous Tele-education Platform is a software application for educational purposes, with a lot of parametrizing (configuration) features written entirely from scratch. It aims at the training and examination of computer skills, a platform that can be adjusted to the needs of each lesson. In the application the trainer and the administrator can define the number of the lectures and upload files for each one of them. Furthermore, he can insert, modify and delete questions which are used for evaluation tests but also for the trainees' examinations. The trainee can read/download the files of each lesson and also test his knowledge on what he has studied through a series of questions/tests. A chat module where registered users as well as system administrator can discuss and solve questions is also developed.
