06 Aug 2007TL;DR: In this article, a hydropneumatischen Vorrichtung zur Druckubersetzung is described, and ein Verfahren zum¯¯¯¯Betreiben einer hydropneumatic VorrichTung vorgeschlagen is presented.
Abstract: Es

29 Oct 1992TL;DR: In this article, a large cylindrical or prism-shaped mixing container narrowing to a funnel at the base is described, at the centre of which a central pipe conveys dried products from the bottom upwards for mixing by recirculation.
Abstract: Assembly consists of a large cylindrical or prism-shaped mixing container narrowing to a funnel at the base, at the centre of which a central pipe conveys dried products from the bottom upwards for mixing by recirculation The novelty is that the descending flow of ingredients is divided into two, one of which is recirculated and further mixed, and the other is removed from the mixer Pref powder or coarse grained bulk solids brought together in a bulk mixing container descend to the funnel-shaped base where the flow (M1) is divded into two (M2, M3) One flow (M2) is returned to the top of the container by a pipe (17) while the remainder of the solid flow (M3) is drawn off through a removal unit (18) USE/ADVANTAGE - The assembly mixes powdery or coarse grained bulk solids The assembly has the advantage that it integrates the processes of filling, mixing and removal of the mixed products such that these processes may be combined or not as required This saves time and facilitates continuous operation

06 Jul 2006TL;DR: In this article, a roller shaping action with concentric profile rollers is used to shape a profile on the workpiece to form longitudinal grooves in a cylindrical body.
Abstract: To form longitudinal grooves in a cylindrical body, e.g. as clutch plate carriers or toothed belt disks, a roller shaping action is used with concentric profile rollers to shape a profile on the workpiece. The profiling action on the blank (1) is by embossing and/or compression, with the material build-up at the corner (2) of the blank.

21 Mar 1996TL;DR: In this article, a hydraulic press has at least one double-acting piston-cylinder unit (2,3) with a drive piston for displacement of a press ram (1), during an initial phase of operation of the press, with the unloaded ram moving downwards, the upper and lower cylinder spaces (7,8) of the pistoncylinder units are connected via a valve system (10), while a motor/pump system with a vol-controlled hydromotor or pump unit (14) is foreseen for the subsequent forming phase.
Abstract: The drive of a hydraulic press has at least one double-acting piston-cylinder unit (2,3) with a drive piston (5) for displacement of a press ram (1). During an initial phase of operation of the press, with the unloaded ram (1) moving downwards, the upper and lower cylinder spaces (7,8) of the piston-cylinder unit (2,3) are connected via a valve system (10), while a motor/pump system (12-16) with a vol.-controlled hydromotor/pump unit (14) is foreseen for the subsequent forming phase. The unit (14) is driven by at least one chargeable accumulator system (19), and its controllable torque is transmitted to a controllable pump (12) communicating with the top cylinder space (7) of piston/cylinder unit.
