Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur lagegerechten Positionierung von Platinen, vorzugsweise zur Verarbeitung in Umformpressen. Diese soll einerseits auf aufwendige mechanische, mit separaten Achsen und den zugehorigen Antriebs- und Bewegungsubertragungselementen gesteuerte Orientierstationen und andererseits auf zusatzliche, auserhalb der Umformpresse angeordnete Handlinggerate mit zugehorigem Tooling und zusatzlichen Ubergabestationen verzichten. Im Weiteren soll die Anzahl der Freiheitsgrade reduziert und auf die Umformpresse abgestimmt sein. DOLLAR A Die Losung besteht darin, dass eine notwendige Lagekorrektur der Platinen in bis zu drei Freiheitsgraden mittels Direktantrieben erfolgt, wobei in einer ersten Ausgestaltung mindestens ein Zwei-Koordinaten-Planarantrieb so einsetzbar ist, dass der in der Ebene zweidimensional operierende Planarmotor eine Lagekorrektur des Aufnahmeelementes der Platine jeweils in X- und Y-Richtung bewirkt. Bei Verwendung von zwei Planarmotoren kann das mit diesen wirkverbundene Aufnahmeelement zusatzlich fur den dritten Freiheitsgrad um die Z-Achse gedreht werden.

Abstract: A releasable coupling for connecting a first and a second component to one another, includes a first sleeve-like hollow member affixed to an end of the first component and a second sleeve-like hollow member affixed to an end of the second component, an expander mandrel supported in the first hollow member and arranged for an axial motion with respect to the first hollow member to assume an advanced position in which it projects into the second hollow member to be surrounded simultaneously by the first and second hollow members. The expander mandrel includes an expander element and pressing elements operatively connected to the expander element for displacement generally radially outwardly by the expander element into an expanded position for a simultaneous engagement with the first and second hollow elements thereby clamping the first and second components to one another. There is further provided a power device for axially displacing the expander mandrel as a whole and for displacing the expander element relative to the pressing elements. Each pressing element has a toothed outer face and each hollow member has a toothed inner face. In the advanced position of the expander mandrel and in the expanded position of the pressing elements each toothed outer face is in a meshing engagement with both toothed inner faces.

Abstract: The branch pipe has an inlet and two outlets. The connection pipe (3) has an insert (16) which in each conveyor direction guarantees a shock free transition between the surfaces of the pipe (3) and the associated wall of the inner pipe (10). The insert can be interchanged depending on whether the branch pipe is used as a distributor or collecting branch whereby the abutting edge of the insert can be smaller or larger in diameter than the diameter of the abutting edge (14) of the inner pipe (10). ADVANTAGE - A smooth transition is always ensured by using only one insert.
