Abstract: The device (1) has a light (4) for illuminating a test specimen (7), and a camera (2) for imaging the test specimen. A supporting device (6) supports the test specimen. The supporting device is formed in such a manner that the test specimen is positioned on the supporting device in a defined position with a projecting length (11) such that the test specimen is measurable from the supporting device in the range of the projecting length, where a positioning unit i.e. guide rail (9), is provided for positioning the test specimen in the defined position. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring a test specimen.

Abstract: Die Lehrerbildung in der Ukraine befindet sich derzeit im Umbruch. Das ist zum einen der Tatsache geschuldet, dass sich das vormals als Satelliten-Staat verstandene Land an der Fuhrungsstruktur der Sowjetunion insofern anlehnte, als die „staatliche Bildungspolitik“ vor allem „der einheitlichen politisch-ideologischen Erziehung der Burger“ diente (Anweiler 1976, S. 156). Die aktuelle Bildungspolitik will einen diametral anderen Weg beschreiten, indem sie die Annaherung an die Europaische Union in sozio-okonomischer und vor allem kulturell-politischer Hinsicht sucht (Poznyak 2009, Blomberg 2011, von Thadden 2014).
