Effects of the amount and intensity of exercise on plasma lipoproteins: Editor's comments
TL;DR: The highest amount of weekly exercise, with minimal weight change, had widespread beneficial effects on the lipoprotein profile, seen most clearly with the high amount of high-intensity exercise.

High-sensitivity C-reactive protein and atherosclerotic disease: from improved risk prediction to risk-guided therapy.
TL;DR: Canakinumab, a fully human monoclonal antibody against interleukin-1β, might represent a promising compound in this regard and provide a proof of concept for the inflammation hypothesis and may become a novel strategy to treat high-risk patients with stable atherosclerotic disease to prevent recurrent events on top of standard medical care.
