TL;DR: In this article , a mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber was treated with three different functional groups of SCAs (KH550, KH570, and KH792), and the results showed that relatively stable oligomer films could be formed on the surface of CFs after the sensitization treatment with three kinds of SCA, which promoted adhesion of CF with copper plating.
