Journal ArticleDOI

Regio- and Stereochemical Aspects of the Palladium-Catalyzed Desilylation-Arylation of Substituted Vinylsilanes.

TL;DR: The palladium-catalyzed desilylation-arylation of substituted vinylsilanes by p-iodoanisole in the presence of bidentate phosphine ligands is described, enhancing the rate of the reaction considerably and proposing a catalytic cycle for the chelation-controlled deslylation-ARYlation reaction involving five- and six-membered chelate rings.
Journal ArticleDOI

Linear Selective C–H Bond Alkylation with Activated Olefins Catalyzed by Cp*CoIII

TL;DR: In this paper, a simple Cp*Co(III)-catalyzed C-H bond alkylation using activated olefins was developed using a simple, efficient, and efficient Cp+Co-III-catalysted C -H bond ALYCLIC.
Journal ArticleDOI

Aqueous Heck Cross-Coupling Preparation of Acrylate-Modified Nucleotides and Nucleoside Triphosphates for Polymerase Synthesis of Acrylate-Labeled DNA

TL;DR: The acrylate-modified dN(BA)TPs were good substrates for DNA polymerases and were used for enzymatic synthesis of acrylated-modified DNA by primer extension, whereas dG( BA)TP was an inhibitor of polymerases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Functionalized β-cyclodextrin as supramolecular ligand and their Pd(OAc)2 complex: highly efficient and reusable catalyst for Mizoroki-Heck cross-coupling reactions in aqueous medium.

TL;DR: A novel class of water soluble palladium complexes with recognition abilities based on functionalized β-cyclodextrin has been synthesized and demonstrated high catalytic activity and a supramolecular platform for phosphine-free Mizoroki-Heck cross-coupling reactions in water.
Journal ArticleDOI

Star-shaped heavily fluorinated aromatic sulfurs: stabilization of palladium nanoparticles active as catalysts in cross-coupling reactions

TL;DR: In this article, two star-shaped heavily fluorinated compounds have been used as stabilizers of palladium nanoparticles, which are useful and reutilizable catalysts in Mizoroki-Heck, Suzuki and Sonogashira cross-couplings.
