Reference-based stochastic subspace identification for output-only modal analysis

TLDR
In this paper, a novel approach of stochastic subspace identification is presented that incorporates the idea of the reference sensors already in the identification step: the row space of future outputs is projected into the rowspace of past reference outputs.

Output-only modal identification based on hierarchical Hough transform

TL;DR: In this article, a hierarchical Hough transform is applied to the TF coefficients hierarchically to identify the hyperplanes and the mixing matrix is calculated, and the modal responses are recovered by using l 1 -optimization and inverse STFT.

Uncertainty quantification for joint input-state estimation in structural dynamics

TL;DR: The uncertainty quantification approach is applied for a joint input-state estimation algorithm that is used for force identification and response estimation in structural dynamics and can be extended to other force and state estimation algorithms.

Structural Reliability Updating with Stochastic Subspace Damage Detection Information

TL;DR: The potential of the utilization of damage detection information for more reliable structural systems are demonstrated as the determination of a probability of detection distribution function for damage detection algorithms accounting for the relevant uncertaintie s and the concept of Bayesian updating of the structural reliability.
