Reference-based stochastic subspace identification for output-only modal analysis

TLDR
In this paper, a novel approach of stochastic subspace identification is presented that incorporates the idea of the reference sensors already in the identification step: the row space of future outputs is projected into the rowspace of past reference outputs.

Structural health monitoring and performance analysis of a 12-story recycled aggregate concrete structure

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the dynamic behaviors of a 12-story recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) in the operational environment through structural health monitoring (SHM), and compared with an adjacent NAC structure with similar arrangements of components and structural construction.

Application of stochastic subspace identification for stay cables with an alternative stabilization diagram and hierarchical sifting process

TL;DR: In this article, a new methodology based on the covariance type of stochastic subspace identification for extensively identifying the modal parameters of a stay cable is proposed, which can be used to identify modal frequencies and damping ratios of bridge deck.
