Reference-based stochastic subspace identification for output-only modal analysis

TLDR
In this paper, a novel approach of stochastic subspace identification is presented that incorporates the idea of the reference sensors already in the identification step: the row space of future outputs is projected into the rowspace of past reference outputs.

Mast Arm Monitoring via Traffic Camera Footage: A Pixel-Based Modal Analysis Approach

TL;DR: In this article, the modal properties of the supporting traffic signal mast arm were extracted from pixel displacements obtained from a traffic camera mounted on a traffic signal in Norfolk, VA, monitored during July, 2019.

Delamination Detection in Concrete Plates using Output-only Vibration Measurements

TL;DR: In this paper, traditional peak-picking (PP), frequency domain decomposition (FDD) and stochastic subspace identification (SSI) methods were applied in the modal identification from real measurements of dynamic velocity responses.

Stochastic identification of flutter derivatives of long span bridge deck by gust response

TL;DR: In this paper, the results from a state space stochastic system identification to extract flutter derivatives (FDs) under different turbulent flows were presented. But the work in this paper is different from previous work.
