Journal ArticleDOI

Structural properties of self-assembled polymeric aggregates in aqueous solutions

TL;DR: In this paper, small-angle scattering techniques have been used to reveal the thermodynamics and structural characteristics of self-assembled block copolymer systems in the melt as well as in selective solutions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structure and Dimensions of PAMAM/PEG Dendrimer−Star Polymers

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the radii of stars in dilute solution in a good solvent (methanol-d4) by small-angle neutron scattering (SANS).

Flow Induced Crystallization in Isotactic Polypropylene−1,3:2,4-Bis(3,4-dimethylbenzylidene)sorbitol Blends: Implications on Morphology of Shear and Phase Separation

TL;DR: In this paper, the combined effect of flow and DMDBS phase separation on the morphology of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) was investigated with time-resolved small-angle X-ray scattering.
Journal ArticleDOI

PRINSAS – a Windows-based computer program for the processing and interpretation of small-angle scattering data tailored to the analysis of sedimentary rocks

TL;DR: PRINSAS as discussed by the authors is a Windows program that takes as input raw (post-reduction) smallangle neutron and small-angle X-ray scattering (SANS and SAXS) data obtained from various worldwide facilities, displays the raw curves in interactive log-log plots, and allows processing of the raw curve.

Statistical Mechanics of Fluid Mixtures

TL;DR: In this paper, the chemical potentials of the components of gas mixtures and liquid solutions are obtained in terms of relatively simple integrals in the configuration spaces of molecular pairs, and the molecular pair distribution functions appearing in these integrals are investigated in some detail, in their dependence upon the composition and density of the fluid.
Book

The optical principles of the diffraction of x-rays.

TL;DR: In this paper, Bragg et al. describe the Optik der R6ntgenstrahlen in Raumgitter and leitet damit fiber zu den experimentellen Methoden and Ergebn]ssen, die den folgenden B~nden vorbehalten bleiben.

Small-Angle X-Ray Scattering

TL;DR: The neighbourhood of the direct beam is, for a variety of reasons, easily obscured by scattered radiation and insufficient collimation, so that special measures such as very long film-specimen distances or focusing crystal monochromators have been used for obtaining satisfactory photographs.
