2013 ACCF/AHA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure: A Report of the American College of Cardiology Foundation/American Heart Association Task Force on Practice Guidelines

The lion's share of bacteria in various environments cannot be cloned in the laboratory and thus cannot be sequenced using existing technologies. A major goal of single-cell genomics is to complement gene-centric metagenomic data with whole-genome assemblies of uncultivated organisms. Assembly of single-cell data is challenging because of highly non-uniform read coverage as well as elevated levels of sequencing errors and chimeric reads. We describe SPAdes, a new assembler for both single-cell and standard (multicell) assembly, and demonstrate that it improves on the recently released E+V-SC assembler (specialized for single-cell data) and on popular assemblers Velvet and SoapDeNovo (for multicell data). SPAdes generates single-cell assemblies, providing information about genomes of uncultivatable bacteria that vastly exceeds what may be obtained via traditional metagenomics studies. In the present work, mixed-spinel ferrite anchored onto graphitic carbon nitride (GCN) was synthesized for mineralization of antibiotic pollutant from waste water. A Z-scheme g-C3N4/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nano heterojunction was fabricated by three step procedure: pyrolysis, solution combustion and mechanical grinding followed by annealing. The prepared photocatlyst was tested for degradation of Doxycycline (DC) drug under the natural sun light. Results revealed that the prepared heterojunction has maximum degradation efficiency of 97.10% pollutant in 60 min experiment. The Z-scheme heterojunction between g-C3N4 and Ni-Zn ferrite improves the photoinduced charges separation and protection of redox capability and therby increases the photo degradation efficiency. The scavenging experiments suggested that O2-● and h+ as main active species responsible for degradation of the antibiotic. In addition, the dopant variation can drive the shists in band gap and energy band positiong too which makes then excellent candidates for synthesizing tunable heterostructures with organic semiconductors. The work focusses on designing and developing of saimpler but efficient magnetic heterojunctions with superior redox capability for solar powered waste water treatment.

Key agreement is a fundamental activity to establish communication between two parties. Kim et al. (2013) proposed a CertificateLess two-party authenticated key agreement (CTAKA) protocol, which is secure in extended Canetti-Krawczyk (eCK) model. This paper describes the security flaw of Kim et al.'s CTAKA protocol, which is found vulnerable against Key-Compromise Impersonation (K-CI) attack. For the resistance of the attack in Kim et al.'s CTAKA protocol, a defensive measure has been proposed, which is secure in eCK model.

Developing a g-C3N4/NiFe2O4 S-scheme hetero-assembly for efficient photocatalytic degradation of Cephalexin

A 8-bit Successive Approximation Register (SAR) Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) is designed using non redundant SAR structure and sequencer/code Register structure for low power operation. The designed ADC structures provide optimum results for all three circuit design challenges: speed, area and power. Among the two designed SAR ADCs, non-redundant SAR structure ADC and sequence/code register SAR structure ADC is power efficient than SAR ADC designed for the same feature size. Design and simulation of various SAR ADCs has been done in 90 nm CMOS Technology.

A symmetric group key agreement protocol enables the group members to derive a shared session key for secure communication among them, while an asymmetric one facilitates security to any communication from outside, without adding outsiders into the group. In this paper, we propose a twofold group key agreement protocol which addresses the need of a shared symmetric key among insider members in a group and an asymmetric key pair for any unrestricted sender. In particular, we look forward for a solution to provide secure communication among multiple processing clusters (PCs) actively running on an integrated circuit (IC). The proposed protocol offers a lightweight symmetric encryption for intra zone communication and a public key encryption for inter zone communication taking most advanced security issues into account.
