TL;DR: It is found that genetically regulated Lp(a) is more strongly associated with incident cardiovascular diseases than directly measured L p(a), and is significantly associated with measures of subclinical atherosclerosis in African Americans.

TL;DR: It is shown that APOE4-genotype associated differences are significantly enriched among AD-associated genes in capillary and venule endothelial cells, and subsets of pericytes and fibroblasts, which underlie the vascular dysregulation in APoe4-associated cognitive decline.
