Productivity enhances benthic species richness along an oligotrophic Indian Ocean continental margin

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the influence of energy and habitat complexity on benthic species richness along an oligotrophic continental margin within the Indian Ocean and found that species richness was positively correlated with net primary productivity.
