23 Apr 1991TL;DR: In this article, an ozone generator of modular design, glass tubes are installed, tightly packed, in a housing and cast therein by a casting compound of good thermal and/or electric conductivity.
Abstract: In an ozone generator of modular design, glass tubes (3) are installed, tightly packed, in a housing (2) and cast therein by a casting compound (4) of good thermal and/or electric conductivity Double helixes (5) of steel wire are placed in the glass tubes Only the spaces between the tube inside wall and the steel wires act as discharge spaces (6)

10 Nov 1997TL;DR: In this paper, the spontaneous power increase is carried out by supplying an additional medium (19) to the operating process of a power station system, which is composed of a basic material (17) to which an amount of energy required for its chemical and/or physical reaction is added.
Abstract: In the case of a method for frequency support in operation of a power station system, the spontaneous power increase is carried out by supplying an additional medium (19) to the operating process of this power station system. This medium (19) is composed of a basic material (17) to which an amount of energy (18) required for its chemical and/or physical reaction is added. The medium (19) which is provided for the operating process is stored under pressure (26) in a container (20) and is available spontaneously at any time for its use.

26 Jan 1996TL;DR: In this paper, a wrist unit for an industrial robot, comprising a wrist housing (12) intended to be detachably fixed to the distal end of a robot arm, is described.
Abstract: The invention relates to a wrist unit for an industrial robot, comprising a wrist housing (12) intended to be detachably fixed to the distal end of a robot arm (24). In the wrist housing (12) there are rotatably mounted first and second, preferably parallel, secondary drive shafts (36, 56), on the input ends (40, 60) of which there are mounted preferably cylindrical gears (42, 62) for engagement with a respective cylindrical drive gear (44, 64) on a respective primary drive shaft (46, 66) in the robot arm (24). As seen in an end projection, the gears (42, 62) and the drive gears (44, 64) are placed so that an imaginary line (L), extending through the centers (D, E) of the gears, will be offset from the center axis (C) of the coaxial drive gears (44, 64), the wrist housing (12) being radially adjustably fixable on the end of the robot arm (24) for adjusting the gear clearance between, on the one hand, the drive gears (44, 64) and, on the other hand, the gears (42, 62).

13 Feb 1991TL;DR: A series capacitor equipment for connection into an electric power line (A) has a capacitor bank (C) and a controllable inductor connection (L, T1, T2) connected in parallel therewith and comprising a series connection of an inductor and a controlled semiconductor connection (T 1, T 2).
Abstract: A series capacitor equipment for connection into an electric power line (A) has a capacitor bank (C) and a controllable inductor connection (L, T1, T2) connected in parallel therewith and comprising a series connection of an inductor (L) and a controllable semiconductor connection (T1, T2). Further, the equipment comprises control members (CU) adapted, on the occurrence of a subsynchronous resonance oscillation, to control the semiconductor connection with separate control angle values during positive and negative half-cycles of the capacitor voltage for generation of a subharmonic voltage over the capacitor which counteracts the resonance oscillation.
