TL;DR: On the basis of the 2105 potential interactions predicted among 1650 human proteins and the five proteins of CHPV, the authors decipher the probable mode by which the virus manipulates the biological pathways of its host toward its own end and replicates while evading the immune system.
Abstract: Chandipura virus (CHPV), alike other pathogens, exploits the cellular infrastructure of their hosts through complex network of interactions for successful infection. CHPV being a recently emerged pediatric encephalitic virus, the mechanisms involved in the establishment of viral persistence are still ill defined. Because the protein interface between CHPV and its host provides one means by which the virus invades and seize control of their human host machinery, the authors in this study have employed computational methods to create a network of putative protein–protein interactions between CHPV and its human host to shed light on the hitherto less-known CHPV biology. On the basis of the 2105 potential interactions predicted among 1650 human proteins and the five proteins of CHPV, the authors decipher the probable mode by which the virus manipulates the biological pathways of its host toward its own end and replicates while evading the immune system. Identification of such conserved set of putative interactions that allow the virus to take control of the host has the potential to deepen our understanding of the virus-specific remodeling processes of the host cell and illuminate new arenas of disease intervention.

TL;DR: A system which can find out space planning for a single flat, arrangement of several flats on a single floor and extend the design for each floor and find out collective plan for a multi-storey apartment building and generates a plan which supports quick evacuation in case of adversity is presented.
Abstract: This paper presents a system which can find out space planning for a single flat, arrangement of several flats on a single floor and extend the design for each floor and find out collective plan for a multi-storey apartment building. At each level it generates a plan which supports quick evacuation in case of adversity. Starting with design specifications in terms of constraints over spaces, use of Genetic Algorithm leads to a complete set of consistent conceptual design solutions named topological solutions. These topological solutions which do not presume any precise definitive dimension correspond to the sketching step that an architect carries out from the design specifications on a preliminary design phase in architecture. Further, door placement algorithm has been proposed with modifications in existing Dijkstra's algorithm and dimensions analysis is carried out for the designs selected by the user. If the user wishes to generate a plan for many floors, inputs are taken accordingly and plan is generated which is efficient in terms of evacuation.

TL;DR: Results indicated increased cytotoxicity with increasing extract concentrations, and comparative analysis indicated that 50% inhibitory concentration value of methanol extract is the lowest on both cell lines.
Abstract: Solanum nigrum is used in various traditional medical systems for antiproliferative, antiinflammatory, antiseizure and hepatoprotective activities. We have evaluated organic solvent and aqueous extracts obtained from berries of Solanum nigrum for antiproliferative activity on leukemic cell lines, Jurkat and HL-60 (Human promyelocytic leukemia cells). The cell viability after the treatment with Solanum nigrum extract was measured by MTT (3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay. Results indicated increased cytotoxicity with increasing extract concentrations. Comparative analysis indicated that 50% inhibitory concentration value of methanol extract is the lowest on both cell lines.

TL;DR: Social coding community GitHub is used to identify most influential Developers, Repositories, technologies and programming languages and social network analysis and Social data analysis concepts have been used to obtain the desired outcome.
Abstract: Software development is taking advantage of social media and revolutionizing the software development in a startling way. Sharing of code has evolved as social coding paradigm through various well-known social coding communities such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc. In this research work, Social coding community GitHub is used to identify most influential Developers, Repositories, technologies and programming languages. Social network analysis and Social data analysis concepts have been used to obtain the desired outcome. Social network analysis approaches have been used to identify developers and repositories influencer index. Five kinds of networks-Developer-Developer Network (D-D), Repository-Repository Network (R-R), Repository-Developer Network (R-D), Developer-Follower Network (D-F) and a star Network are formed and analyzed. Further, Trend analysis of GitHub platform has been performed to identify latest trending technologies and most popular programming languages used by the developers for their projects in the past few years.

TL;DR: This work provides general circuits that can be used to implement general circuits relevant to quantum error correction, measurement-based quantum computation and Bell state discrimination across a quantum network involving multiple parties.
Abstract: A question of theoretical and practical interest is how a quantum system may be measured indirectly by means of an ancilla that interacts with it, and furthermore, how a system of ancillas may be used to implement a coherent measurement of spatially separated qudits. We provide general circuits that can be used to implement such measurements. These circuits are relevant to quantum error correction, measurement-based quantum computation and Bell state discrimination across a quantum network involving multiple parties. The last mentioned problem is treated in detail. Our circuitry can also help to optimize the quantum communication complexity for performing measurements in distributed quantum computing.
