TL;DR: In this article, a nonlinear photomixing of two cosh-Gaussian laser pulses having different frequencies (ω 1, ω 2) and wave numbers and same electrical field amplitude in a corrugated plasma embedded with transverse static magnetic field is presented.
Abstract: This paper presents a scheme of THz generation by nonlinear photomixing of two cosh-Gaussian lasers pulses having different frequencies (ω1, ω2) and wave numbers and same electrical field amplitude in a corrugated plasma embedded with transverse static magnetic field. Cosh-Gaussian laser pulses have steep gradient in intensity profile along with wider cross-section, which exerts a stronger nonlinear ponderomotive force at ω1 − ω2 and on plasma electrons imparting a nonlinear oscillatory velocity to plasma electrons. Oscillatory plasma electrons couple with the density ripple n′ = n α0 e iαx to produce a nonlinear current, which is responsible for resonant THz radiation at frequency . The amplitude, efficiency and beam quality of THz radiation can be optimized by choosing proper corrugation factor (α of the plasma), applied magnetic field (ωc), decentered parameter (b), and beam width parameter a 0 of cosh-Gaussian lasers. An efficiency of is achieved for laser electric field E = 3.2 × 109 V/cm.

TL;DR: Two novel first-order voltage-mode all-pass sections are presented, each employing single fully differential second-generation current conveyor being used as the newly obtained fully differential voltage conveyor, a resistor and a grounded capacitor.
Abstract: To extend the existing knowledge on first-order voltage-mode all-pass filters, this paper presents two novel first-order voltage-mode all-pass sections, each employing single fully differential second-generation current conveyor (FDCCII) being used as the newly obtained fully differential voltage conveyor (FDVC), a resistor and a grounded capacitor. Both the proposed circuits possess high-input and low-output impedance feature, which makes the proposed circuits ideal for voltage-mode systems. Non-ideal study along with simulation results is given for validation.

TL;DR: In this paper, a conceptual framework for a flexible marketing system is presented, which will have concern to sense shifting customer demands, anticipating competition moves and adjusting the firms marketing efforts to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
Abstract: Flexibility plays a central role in the survival and success of organization in today’s fast changing environment, which has been recognized by many authors in management theory. This paper is an attempt to give a conceptual framework for ‘flexible marketing system’. Using the literature and experts opinion, the author has tried to give a comprehensive, systematic and structured approach towards a hypothetical organizations with flexible marketing system in place, which will have concern to sense shifting customer demands, anticipating competition moves and adjusting the firms marketing efforts to maximize returns while minimizing risk. The paper concludes by explaining the benefit of adopting flexible marketing system approach to become a highly successful organization. Benefits to such an organization will include — possession of trained executives on market sensing techniques, smooth flow of information, adequate IT system and its implementation, and fast decision making and overall job satisfaction for employees.

TL;DR: Comparison analysis is done using different adder architectures in Synopsis Design Compiler with different standard cell libraries at 32/28 nm and it is found that 64-bit Vedic multiplier using SQRT-CSA adder is approximately 5% faster than RCA-C SA and BEC, 75% quicker than CBL and RCA.
Abstract: Vedic maths based multiplier is a novel and high speed multiplier. Adder is one of the main components used in this technique. Using fast adder will enhance the overall performance of the Vedic multiplier. In this work, comparative analysis is done using different adder architectures in Synopsis Design Compiler with different standard cell libraries at 32/28 nm. Various Adder topologies like Ripple Carry Adder (RCA), Carry Select Adder (CSA), Square Root Carry Select Adder (SQRT-CSA), Common Boolean Logic (CBL) and Binary to Excess one Converter (BEC) are used to compare area, delay and power. Designing is done for 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit and 64-bit Vedic multiplier using the above adders. It is found that 64-bit Vedic multiplier using SQRT-CSA adder is approximately 5% faster than RCA-CSA and BEC, 75% faster than CBL and RCA.

TL;DR: Experimental studies revealed that SC2D approach is able to reduce the error up to 15% and 8% as compared to MAC2D and GAC2D, respectively, and SC3D approach improves the accuracy upto 31% with respect to MAC3D and upto 26% asCompared to GAC3D, which improves confidence in SFLA as a better optimization algorithm for context aware filtering.
Abstract: The problem of information overload surfaced with the emergent popularity of dynamic web applications. To tackle this issue, various context awareness approaches have been developed to filter the information. Conventional context aware social filtering techniques predominantly focus on time and location as context of the users. However, another relevant context that of user׳s demographic information is often left out. The paper presents demographic context based filtering using social behavior of frogs. The approach employs shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA) to perform the context modeling and handle the sparsity and scalability issues in social filtering. The work proposes two distinct methodologies to model the demographic context – SFLA based Contextual two dimensional (SC2D) and SFLA based Contextual three dimensional (SC3D) approach. SC2D approach primarily develops a model based on social behavior and subsequently incorporates the personal demographic (occupation, gender, etc.) context to compute the most relevant items. In the SC3D approach, personal demographic context is amalgamated with social behavior to develop the model and thereafter a contextual model is used to generate most relevant items. Experimental studies revealed that SC2D approach is able to reduce the error up to 15% and 8% as compared to MAC2D and GAC2D, respectively, and SC3D approach improves the accuracy upto 31% with respect to MAC3D and upto 26% as compared to GAC3D. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) test results for all approaches corroborate that the differences between the means of SC2D, MAC2D and GAC2D and SC3D, MAC3D and GAC3D are highly significant. These results improve confidence in SFLA as a better optimization algorithm for context aware filtering.
