TLDR
The results obtained indicate that, for CLIA assays, it might be possible to define thresholds that improve the negative likelihood ratio, and improved the overall inter-assay agreement, paving the way to a better harmonization of serologic tests.

Performance characteristics of five immunoassays for SARS-CoV-2: a head-to-head benchmark comparison

Mark A. Ainsworth, +130 more
TL;DR: Four commercial, widely available assays and a scalable 384-well ELISA can be used for SARS-CoV-2 serological testing to achieve sensitivity and specificity of at least 98%.

Post-COVID-19 symptoms 6 months after acute infection among hospitalized and non-hospitalized patients.

TL;DR: The prevalence of post-coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) syndrome was 40.2% (241/599) and the presence of IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 was significantly associated with the occurrence of post COVID19 syndrome (OR 2.56, 95% CI 1.48-4.38, p 0.004) as mentioned in this paper.

Analytical and clinical performances of five immunoassays for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in comparison with neutralization activity.

TL;DR: All immunoassays had an excellent specificity, whereas sensitivity varied across immunosorbent assays, depending strongly on the time interval between symptoms onset and sample collection, according to the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Antibody Responses to SARS-CoV-2 in Patients With Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019.

TL;DR: The findings provide strong empirical support for the routine application of serological testing in the diagnosis and management of COVID-19 patients and offer vital clinical information during the course of SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Estimating the asymptomatic proportion of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases on board the Diamond Princess cruise ship, Yokohama, Japan, 2020.

TL;DR: On 5 February 2020, in Yokohama, Japan, a cruise ship hosting 3,711 people underwent a 2-week quarantine after a former passenger was found with COVID-19 post-disembarking, and the delay-adjusted asymptomatic proportion of infections, along with the infections’ timeline were derived.
