Integrated genomic analyses of ovarian carcinoma

Debra A. Bell, +285 more
- 30 Jun 2011 -
TL;DR: It is reported that high-grade serous ovarian cancer is characterized by TP53 mutations in almost all tumours (96%); low prevalence but statistically recurrent somatic mutations in nine further genes including NF1, BRCA1,BRCA2, RB1 and CDK12; 113 significant focal DNA copy number aberrations; and promoter methylation events involving 168 genes.

Integrated genomic analyses of ovarian carcinoma

Daphne W. Bell, +261 more
TL;DR: The Cancer Genome Atlas project has analyzed messenger RNA expression, microRNA expression, promoter methylation and DNA copy number in 489 high-grade serous ovarian adenocarcinomas and the DNA sequences of exons from coding genes in 316 of these tumours as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bladder Cancer Outcome and Subtype Classification by Gene Expression

TL;DR: Genes driving the separation between tumor subsets may prove to be important biomarkers for bladder cancer development and progression and eventually candidates for therapeutic targeting.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Library of Integrated Network-Based Cellular Signatures NIH Program: System-Level Cataloging of Human Cells Response to Perturbations

Alexandra B Keenan, +107 more
- 29 Nov 2017 -
TL;DR: The LINCS program focuses on cellular physiology shared among tissues and cell types relevant to an array of diseases, including cancer, heart disease, and neurodegenerative disorders.
