TL;DR: The Optimized formulation (LF14) showed no significant change in physical appearance, drug content, floating lag time, in vitro dissolution studies after 75%±5% RH at 40±20C relative humidity for 6 months.
Abstract: The purpose of this research was to develop a novel gastroretentive drug delivery system based on wet granulation technique for sustained delivery of active agent. Quick GI transit could result in incomplete drug release from the drug delivery system above the absorption zone leading to decreased efficacy of the administered dose and thus less patient compliance. Gastroretentive floating tablets, which was designed to provide the desired sustained and complete release of drug for prolonged period of time. Gastroretentive floating tablets of lafutidine were prepared by wet granulation technique using different concentrations of Gum Kondagagu, Gum olibanum and Locust bean Gum. The optimized formulation (LF14) exhibited 99.54% drug release in 12 hrs, while the buoyancy lag time was 33 sec. In-vitro drug release kinetics was found to follow both the Zero order and the possible mechanism of lafutidine release from the optimized formulation might be attributed to super case II transport mechanism. The Optimized formulation (LF14) showed no significant change in physical appearance, drug content, floating lag time, in vitro dissolution studies after 75%±5% RH at 40±20C relative humidity for 6 months. TL;DR: A patient who presented with severe gingival inflammation and attachment loss that was diagnosed as an acute streptococcal infection associated with aggressive periodontitis was reported and diagnosed treated with no postoperative complications.
Abstract: Acute streptococcal gingivitis is an acute inflammation of the oral mucosa and also seen with the other oral diseases as aggressive periodontitis that is characterized by a considerable attachment loss over a short period of time. Streptococcal infections of gingiva are seen rarely; also the origin of this gingival inflammation is occasionally different from that of routine plaque-associated gingivitis. This case report describes a patient who presented with severe gingival inflammation and attachment loss that was diagnosed as an acute streptococcal infection associated with aggressive periodontitis. A case of aggressive periodontitis with streptococcal gingivitis was reported which was diagnosed treated with no postoperative complications.

TL;DR: Three structures namely 4x4, 5x5 and 8x8 coplanar buses with unique modular design in quantum dot cellular automata have been presented and the operation of these structures has been tested by QCA Designer Simulation Tool.
Abstract: Objective: The proposed designs have been implemented in order to exploit the properties of Quantum Dot Cellular Automata majority voting to consent a modular robust crossing of wires. Methods/Statistical Analysis: Three structures namely 4x4, 5x5 and 8x8 coplanar buses with unique modular design in quantum dot cellular automata have been presented and the operation of these structures has been tested by QCA Designer Simulation Tool. These unique structures present a modus operandi for designing the modified robust coplanar bus with unique modular approach in nanotechnology. Findings: The proposed modular coplanar structures allow number of coplanar wires to cross without signal degradation and signal loss until information propagates the output. Compared to the reported literature, the proposed design has following advantages; • Unique modular approach in which wires can be intersected on the single layer without any intrusion or crosstalk. • High output polarity, fault tolerant capabilities, modular approach and robustness which makes it more efficient without any interference; • Use of sequential clock which makes it easier to understand and manufacture; • The signal and its counterpart can be simply taken out together due to the alternating polarization. • Proper use of clocking phase pairs in a traversed manner in order to permit the accurate propagation of signals. • Cells are evenly disseminated into the clocking zones which are implemented that the unusable spaces can be as small as feasible. • It has been concluded that it is easy to increase the number of inputs by adding the suitable layers with proposed unique modular approach. Application/Improvements: Starting from lowest number of inputs, it is easy to extend the proposed designs to large and then larger number of inputs by adding suitable layers which will prove efficient to tolerate various faults during the manufacturing process.

TL;DR: This paper used the concept of pseudo random number, and for finding the strong Association rule in the database, the Inverted hashing and pruning as well as distributing the database into the different number of cloud nodes, and finding the global result, the distributed secure sum protocol was used.
Abstract: Today Innovative Technology is used to analyze and manipulate huge amount of data in the cloud computing environment. It is very challenging task because the privacy and security are the main issue. Because the scenario of the cloud environment is given, then the distributed database comes in the picture as well as privacy. In this paper, we used the concept of pseudo random number, and for finding the strong Association rule in the database, we used the Inverted hashing and pruning as well as distributing the database into the different number of cloud nodes, and finding the global result, we used Distributed secure sum protocol in the homogenous cloud environments, where the number of attributes will be same, the number of transactions wearies from node to node.

TL;DR: These novel thiosalicylamide derived lead molecules are synthesized and tested for their in-vivo pharmacological activity by using isolated guinea-pig ileum muscles.
Abstract: Objective: Hypertension is one of the major causes of the cardiovascular diseases and in the later stages, it also damages the brain, kidneys, eyes and coronary arteries. It is also life threatening as it causes heart strokes and attacks. The calcium channels regulates blood pressure by muscle contraction triggered by neurotransmitter release to electrical excitation. Method: Calcium channel blocker drugs reduce intracellular calcium transfer to limit ATP release to reduce muscle cell contractility. They act, especially on the nodal tissues in the heart and arterial smooth muscle cells in which only slow calcium channel blockers opens without triggering of fast sodium ion channels. Pharmacophore approach is employed to generate novel thiosalicylamide derivatives having calcium channel blocking activity for treatment of hypertension. Result: These novel thiosalicylamide derived lead molecules are synthesized and tested for their in-vivo pharmacological activity by using isolated guinea-pig ileum muscles.
