18 Jul 2018Abstract: Atomically thin sheets of D materials spanning over a reasonably large range of bad gap from zero in graphene to gt eV in hexagonal boron nitride h BN with a number of unique optical electronic and thermal properties offer a whole range of engineered nano materials for designing and fabricating novel devices not yet known in conventional bulk semiconductors Being a monolayer these materials are not only very well suited for flexible electronics but also from different categories of hetero structures ndash laterally as well as vertically for having access to control charge carrier transport besides optical activities via excitonic formations The most advantageous part of these D layered materials is their extra sensitivity to atomic molecular and nano particulate material species when present there making them extremely sensitive to detect species in concentration not possible in conventional sensor materials In order to exploit all these superlative features of these highly sensitive material species it is equally challenging to apply the conventional device fabrication techniques for their device properties The experimental work done in this context are examined here in this review to assess the current status and future prospects of these emerging novel material still awaiting for their applications in fields like printed micro nano sensors large area electronics and intelligence in upcoming fields of Internet of Things and other areas of robotics for instance in future

TL;DR: The measurement evaluated in this paper will help the service industries to benchmark their performance and is an approach for refining the decision making in benchmarking implementation for service industries.
Abstract: The major intention of this study is to recommend a benchmarking model of service quality for Indian service industries in successful implementation of quality system and enhancement in continuous basis, Stare for this, seventeen critical factors of service qualities have been recognized with their relationship, which are further analyzed by utilizing Weighted Interpretive structural modeling approach. This approach is useful to develop the relationship among various factors of the service quality and to identify the key measures. The measurement evaluated in this paper will help the service industries to benchmark their performance. It is an approach for refining the decision making in benchmarking implementation for service industries.

16 Mar 2016TL;DR: An efficient query suggestion technique is proposed here which help user in refining its need at early stage of search process.
Abstract: The key goal of every search engine is to provide the information according to user's need. To achieve this goal, it retrieves the documents from its database based on user's query keywords and applies sophisticated ranking algorithms to sort them. But unfortunately, user submits short, instant and ambiguous queries which sometimes are not enough to clearly specify its need. Due to which wrong result set is formed, sorted and presented to the user. To solve this problem, an efficient query suggestion technique is proposed here which help user in refining its need at early stage of search process.

TL;DR: The simulation reveals that the proposed protocol constructs a reliable path consist of trustworthy nodes in terms of battery life and available bandwidth, which can be utilized for transmitting heavy data traffic in Mobile Ad-hoc network with Quality of Service in real time situation.
Abstract:
Transmission of heavy and real-time data over wireless links with Quality of Service in Mobile ad-hoc network is a very challenging task. Bandwidth and battery backup parameters are checks for Quality of Service. To provide the Quality of Service in mobile ad-hoc network, the aliveness of a transmitting node has a great concern. Location-aided routing methods for mobile ad-hoc network have gained popularity because of network’s energy saving. Location-aided routing keeps a minimal number of participating nodes for path construction between source and destination, but they did not consider the health of participating nodes that constitute a path.
The objective of this work is harness the location aided routing and builds a protocol which provides Quality of Service in terms of required battery life and available bandwidth.
In this work, various patented and non-patented location-based routing and Quality of Service methods for wireless network have been reviewed. The improved location aided routing protocol has been utilized and equipped with Quality of Service check while selecting the next forwarding node for path construction. A novel path preservation procedure is proposed which repair the broken link locally by utilizing candidate next node table.
The simulation reveals that the proposed protocol constructs a reliable path consist of trustworthy nodes in terms of battery life and available bandwidth.
Proposed work can be utilized for transmitting heavy data traffic in Mobile Ad-hoc network with Quality of Service in real time situation.

30 Jun 2017TL;DR: In this paper, major issues to search the social network are discussed and a novel approach is proposed to aggregate and extract useful information from the social networks.
Abstract: With the increase in the usage of Online Social Networks, People tend to manage multiple Social Networks like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc for interacting, networking, promoting business etc. web-based social networking are changing the way data goes inside and between system of people. A user links his multiple accounts information on one common platform to use the services of different networks and thus achieving network independence. Aggregating the user information will provide a viable solution for collecting the information from various social networks to one integrated presentation. In this paper, major issues to search the social network are discussed and a novel approach is proposed to aggregate and extract useful information from the social networks. Keywords— Social Network, TF/IDF, Hierarchical Algometric clustering, Machine Learning
