TL;DR: The aim of this paper is to assess the manufacturing industries by determining a single numerical index with the help of Graph Theoretic Approach with the aim of revealing a numerical index showing the best industry.
Abstract: The aim of this paper to assess the manufacturing industries by determining a single numerical index with the help of Graph Theoretic Approach (GTA). To apply the Graph theoretic approach the authors identified the factors and co - factors through an intense literature survey and determined interdependence between them. The factors are grouped into four main factors namely Human Resource; Material, Machine and Methodology; Planning and Organization; Work culture. The GTA methodology reveals a numerical index showing the best industry.

TL;DR: Semantically related tag is recommendation to user as per the user search query based on developed ontology, and the user is recommended with the latest trending tags used in social web.
Abstract: Folksonomy allows user to tag resources independent of vocabulary and is being widely used in social web systems. But these vocabularies have some limitations like ambiguity, variation between tags and many more. Tag based ontologies are developed to overcome such issues. This paper focuses on eliminating limitations of folksonomies and extracting semantic relationship between tags to develop ontologies. Finally semantically related tag is recommendation to user as per the user search query based on developed ontology. Also the user is recommended with the latest trending tags used in social web.

TL;DR: With applications of multi-objective optimisation on the basis of MOORA, becomes easier as comparison to other MADM methods for solving diverse decision making problems in concurrent service environment which is sympathetic for executives in alternatives selection and their attributes to pursue benchmark.
Abstract: The selection of decisions becomes multifaceted as decision makers in service environment have to assess a wide range of alternatives based on contradictory criteria. These decisions are more intricate as the numbers of attributes are dependent on critical success factors for particular industry. Thus, in a realistic problem for service industries, it is difficult to identify the benchmark model in competitive scenario to sustain superlative in their areas. Therefore, based on constraint of novel and simple method that can recognise paramount decisions for selection supplementary to multi attitude decision making (MADM) methods, a multi-objective optimisation on the basis of ratio analysis approach (MOORA) method is applied in this paper where three different examples for MOORA application which consist of: 1) selection of best alternatives; 2) ranking of internal assessment for benchmarking in an industry; 3) ranking of different types of benchmarking process as per their usage are considered. With applications of multi-objective optimisation on the basis of MOORA, becomes easier as comparison to other MADM methods for solving diverse decision making problems in concurrent service environment which is sympathetic for executives in alternatives selection and their attributes to pursue benchmark.

TL;DR: A clustering algorithm that aims at partitioning the set of documents into ordered clusters so that the documents within the same cluster are similar and are being assigned the closer document identifiers and the average value of the differences between the successive documents will be minimized and hence storage space would be saved.
Abstract: Granting efficient and fast accesses to the index is a key issue for performances of Web Search Engines. In order to enhance memory utilization and favor fast query resolution, WSEs use Inverted File (IF) indexes that consist of an array of the posting lists where each posting list is associated with a term and contains the term as well as the identifiers of the documents containing the term. Since the document identifiers are stored in sorted order, they can be stored as the difference between the successive documents so as to reduce the size of the index. This paper describes a clustering algorithm that aims at partitioning the set of documents into ordered clusters so that the documents within the same cluster are similar and are being assigned the closer document identifiers. Thus the average value of the differences between the successive documents will be minimized and hence storage space would be saved. The paper further presents the extension of this clustering algorithm to be applied for the hierarchical clustering in which similar clusters are clubbed to form a mega cluster and similar mega clusters are then combined to form super cluster. Thus the paper describes the different levels of clustering which optimizes the search process by directing the search to a specific path from higher levels of clustering to the lower levels i.e. from super clusters to mega clusters, then to clusters and finally to the individual documents so that the user gets the best possible matching results in minimum possible time.

TL;DR: This paper provides the proposed solution for the key exchange and authentication using fingerprint based approach using mobile agent and provides a novel approach.
Abstract: Currently there are various approaches available for key distribution as well as authentication. In this paper for key exchange mobile agent based approach is being used and for authentication fingerprint based approach is being used. By integrating key exchange and authentication using fingerprint based approach using mobile agent provides a novel approach. In this paper review of currently available techniques is also done and finally paper provides the proposed solution for the key exchange and authentication.
