TL;DR: The role of e-manufacturing is pivotal towards the success of a company as discussed by the authors, and identifying the enablers of emanufacturing has become important for manufacturer in customer-oriented manufacturing to lure new customers along with retaining the old customers.
Abstract: The term e-manufacturing refers to the ability of a manufacturing system to integrate various inputs using internet and intranet. With the market being increasingly competitive and customer oriented desiring to get best of the quality at cheapest available price of a product in shortest possible time, the role of e-manufacturing is pivotal towards the success of a company. Another important fact is that each customer may desire to have a certain different set of values added to the product being purchased. Customers want to voice their concerns directly to manufacturers thereby necessitating an interface to hear them in real-time and take suitable action thereupon, if needed, in real-time. As such identifying the enablers of e-manufacturing has become important for manufacturer in customer-oriented manufacturing to lure new customers along with retaining the old customers. It will also result in closing the gap between demand and supply of a product. This paper tries to assimilate the key enablers of e-manufacturing.

TL;DR: Investigation of the relationship between dimensions of TBSSB service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty finds that Convenience and personalization have significant effect on customer satisfaction, andPersonalization and customer satisfaction havesignificant effect on loyalty.
Abstract: The technology based self service banking TBSSB refers to automated banking services that customer avail without interaction with bank employees. This paper investigates the relationship between dimensions of TBSSB service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. The paper also examines the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the relationship. The dimensions are identified and confirmed by conducting EFA and CFA respectively using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 20.0. Dimensions of TBSSB SQ are identified as Convenience, Reliability & Security, Responsiveness and Personalization. AMOS 20.0 is used to investigate the relationship between dimensions using SEM. It is found that Convenience and personalization have significant effect on customer satisfaction, and personalization and customer satisfaction have significant effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction is also confirmed as a mediating factor. This study may help bank managers to investigate the customers' quality perceptions about TBSSB services and enlighten banks about the aspects of services to be focused.

TL;DR: It is stated that good ensembles clusters can be spawned to envisage the discoverability of a user for a particular interest and provides 70% better results than taking a fixed value of K or guessing a value ofK while not altering the clustering method.
Abstract: A social network is indeed an abstraction of related groups interacting amongst themselves to develop relationships. However, to analyze any relationships and psychology behind it, clustering plays a vital role. Clustering enhances the predictability and discovery of like mindedness amongst users. This article’s goal exploits the technique of Ensemble K-means clusters to extract the entities and their corresponding interests as per the skills and location by aggregating user profiles across the multiple online social networks. The proposed ensemble clustering utilizes known K-means algorithm to improve results for the aggregated user profiles across multiple social networks. The approach produces an ensemble similarity measure and provides 70% better results than taking a fixed value of K or guessing a value of K while not altering the clustering method. This paper states that good ensembles clusters can be spawned to envisage the discoverability of a user for a particular interest.
