Book ChapterDOI

Analyzing DNA Methylation Patterns During Tumor Evolution.

TL;DR: A comprehensive computational methodology to thoroughly analyze DNA methylation patterns during tumor evolution based on bisulfite converted sequencing data, including intra-tumor methylation heterogeneity is described.
Book ChapterDOI

Drug-Induced Expression-Based Computational Repurposing of Small Molecules Affecting Transcription Factor Activity.

TL;DR: CRAFTT combines transcription factor target gene sets with drug-induced expression profiling to identify small molecules that can perturb transcription factor activity and derive a modulation index (MI) and prioritize predictions.
Journal ArticleDOI

KLF4: A new player in plasma cell development.

TL;DR: The existence of a new master regulator of plasma cell development is suggested using analysis of expression profiles and it is shown that the transcription factor KLF4 is expressed in human healthy bone marrow plasma cells and increased production of early PC and LLPC generation by reducing cell death.
Journal ArticleDOI

Toward Artificial Intelligence-Driven Pathology Assessment for Hematologic Malignancies.

TL;DR: This study provides new insights into the pathobiology of MDS and paves the way for increased use of artificial intelligence for the assessment and diagnosis of hematological malignancies.
