Measurement of D*(+/-) meson production and F-2(c) in deep-inelastic scattering at HERA

C. Adloff, +332 more
- 07 Mar 2002 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the contribution of D*+/-(2010) mesons in deep-inelastic scattering with the HI detector at HERA and determined the charm contribution to the proton structure, F-c(2)(x, Q(2)), by extrapolating the visible charm cross section to the full phase space.
Journal ArticleDOI

Jet production in ep collisions at high Q 2 and determination of α s

F. D. Aaron, +252 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the production of jets in deepinelastic e+p scattering at low negative four momentum transfer squared (NSTS) was studied in the presence of a low negative 4 NSS.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for neutral MSSM Higgs bosons decaying to τ+τ- pairs in proton-proton collisions at s=7 TeV with the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +3026 more
- 11 Nov 2011 -
TL;DR: In this article, a search for neutral Higgs bosons decaying to pairs of tau leptons with the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented, based on proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV, recorded in 2010 and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36 pb^-1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Deeply virtual Compton scattering and its beam charge asymmetry in e(+/-)p collisions at HERA

F. D. Aaron, +243 more
- 16 Nov 2009 -
TL;DR: A measurement of elastic deeply virtual Compton scattering gamma*p --> gamma p using e(+) p and e(-) p collision data recorded with the HI detector at HERA is presented in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparison of forward hadrons produced in muon interactions on nuclear targets and deuterium

J. G. Ashman, +91 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the multiplicities of forward produced hadrons in deep inelastic muon scattering on nuclear targets have been compared with those from deuterium, and the ratios are observed to increase towards unity as the virtual photon energy increases with no significant dependence on the other muon kinematic variables.
