TL;DR: In this paper, the past emission trends of methane from these sectors are investigated through their sources while mitigation and abatement strategies are suggested, and it is observed that the agricultural sector emits the highest amount of methane, followed by the energy and waste sectors, respectively.
Abstract: The global threat caused by increasing surface temperature has led to negative climate changes. One of the greenhouse gases responsible for this global warming is methane. It is emitted naturally and anthropogenically from different sources and its concentration in the atmosphere has assumed alarming proportions. Its devastating consequences on climate change and atmospheric chemistry have made it to be a focus of intense scrutiny and study. The anthropogenic sources of its emissions are generally grouped under three sectors of agriculture, energy and waste. The past emission trends of methane from these sectors are investigated through their sources while mitigation and abatement strategies are suggested. It is observed that the agricultural sector emits the highest amount of methane, followed by the energy and waste sectors, respectively.

TL;DR: A set of initial key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainable manufacturing evaluation believed to be appropriate to automotive companies are proposed, consisting of three factors divided into nine dimensions and a total of 41 sub-dimensions.
Abstract: The automotive industry is regarded as one of the most important and strategic industry in manufacturing sector. It is the largest manufacturing enterprise in the world and one of the most resource intensive industries of all major industrial system. However, its products and processes are a significant source of environmental impact. Thus, there is a need to evaluate sustainable manufacturing performance in this industry. This paper proposes a set of initial key performance indicators (KPIs) for sustainable manufacturing evaluation believed to be appropriate to automotive companies, consisting of three factors divided into nine dimensions and a total of 41 sub-dimensions. A survey will be conducted to confirm the adaptability of the initial KPIs with the industry practices. Future research will focus on developing an evaluation tool to assess sustainable manufacturing performance in automotive companies.

TL;DR: This research focuses on a wide field named Intelligent Transport Systems, discussed its wide applications, used technologies and its usage in different areas respectively.
Abstract: Transportation or transport sector is a legal source to take or carry things from one place to another. With the passage of time, transportation faces many issues like high accidents rate, traffic congestion, traffic & carbon emissions air pollution, etc. In some cases, transportation sector faced alleviating the brutality of crash related injuries in accident. Due to such complexity, researchers integrate virtual technologies with transportation which known as Intelligent Transport System. The idea of virtual technologies integration is a novel in transportation field and it plays a vital part to overcome the issues in global world. This paper tackles the great variety of Intelligent Transport System applications, technologies and its different areas. The objective of this literature review is to integrate and synthesize some areas and applications, technologies discuss with all prospects. Furthermore, this research focuses on a wide field named Intelligent Transport Systems, discussed its wide applications, used technologies and its usage in different areas respectively.
