METHODOLOGIE D'ANALYSE DE DEFAILLANCE POUR L'EVALUATION DE LA FIABILITE DE DIODES ELECTROLUMINESCENTES GaN

TL;DR: In this paper, a methodologie d'analyse de defaillance for evaluating the fiabilite de diodes electroluminescentes is presented, based on an approche basee sur l'analysis physique de degradation and l'extraction de signatures electriques de defaaillance and optiques for localiser les zones degradees.

Phosphor coating technique with slurry method in application of white LED

TL;DR: In this article, a white light was realized through combining a cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG:Ce 3+ ) phosphor with a gallium nitride (GaN)-based blue LED.

III-V optically pumped mid-IR LEDs

TL;DR: InAs, InSb compounds and InAs(Sb) based heterostructures grown onto InAs substrate have been used as a "phosphor" for the optically pumped light emitting diodes emitting in the mid-IR spectral range (3 divided by 7 micrometer) at room and above room temperatures as mentioned in this paper.

White LEDs as broad spectrum light sources for spectrophotometry: Demonstration in the visible spectrum range in a diode‐array spectrophotometric detector

TL;DR: The absorbance baseline noise as the key parameter was 5× lower for the white LED lamp, showing clearly superior performance to the deuterium lamp in the available, i.e. visible part of the spectrum.

Origin of efficiency droop in GaN-based light-emitting diodes

TL;DR: In this paper, the efficiency droop in GaInN∕GaN multiple-quantum well (MQW) light-emitting diodes was investigated and it was shown that the droop is not related to MQW efficiency but rather to the recombination of carriers outside the MqW region.
