TL;DR: A 76-year-old patient presented with pancreatic duct dilatation on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with no symptoms and no previous history of hepatobiliary or pancreatic disease, and chronic pancreatitis because of pancreas divisum was assumed to be the reason for the duct dilated.

TL;DR: The data show that mural nodule and cystic size can be used as predictor of malignancy in BD-IPMN and the combined model of mural nodules and tumor size showed good performance in identifying malignant BD- IPMNs.
