Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) in pancreatic masses with inconclusive radiologic workup – a case series and short review of the literature
TL;DR: Endoscopic ultrasound is a very sensitive examination to detect pancreatic masses and can provide useful information in cases where conventional radiologic workup remains inconclusive, and three cases in which EUS was decisive in establishing the correct diagnosis are presented.

TL;DR: Despite existing guidelines, the most optimal risk stratification strategy for pancreatic cystic lesions remains unclear, and advances in enhanced imaging modalities, cyst fluid analysis, and other biomarkers may offer effective options in the future.
