Search for the Higgs boson in the H→WW→lνjj decay channel in pp collisions at √s=7TeV with the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +3053 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a search for a Higgs boson has been performed in the H -> WW -> l nu jj channel in 1.04 fb(-1) of pp collision data at root s = 7 TeV recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider.
Journal ArticleDOI

Drift Time Measurement in the ATLAS Liquid Argon Electromagnetic Calorimeter using Cosmic Muons

Georges Aad, +2856 more
TL;DR: In this article, the ionization signals in the liquid argon of the ATLAS electromagnetic calorimeter are studied in detail using cosmic muons, and the drift time of the ionisation electrons is measured and used to assess the intrinsic uniformity of the CALorimeter gaps and estimate its impact on the constant term of the energy resolution.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Comparisons of different control strategies for 20kVA solid state transformer

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared different control strategies for 20kVA silicon IGBT based solid state transformer (SST) and found that the newly proposed control strategy for the SST has the most suitable performance in terms of performance and simplicity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Z γ production and limits on anomalous ZZ γ and Z γγ couplings in pp̄ collisions at √s=1.96TeV

V. M. Abazov, +424 more
- 01 Mar 2012 -
TL;DR: In this article, a measurement of ppbar->Zgamma->ll+gamma (l = e, mu) production with a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6.2 fb^{-1} collected by the D0 detector at the Fermilab Tevatron ppbar Collider.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of the top quark mass in final states with two leptons

V. M. Abazov, +506 more
- 20 Nov 2009 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the top quark mass in ttbar candidate events with two final state leptons using 1 inverse fb of data collected by the D0 experiment is presented.
