Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penerapan model Project Based Learning dan kooperatif untuk membangun empat pilar pembelajaran, mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar menggunakan model Project Based Learning dan model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam membangun empat pilar pembelajaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII reguler SMP N 1 Tambakromo tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian eksperimen ini pengambilan sampel melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Project Based Learning dan kooperatif dapat diterapkan untuk membangun empat pilar pembelajaran, hasil belajar siswa model Project Based Learning lebih tinggi dari pada model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam membangun empat pilar pembelajaran.This study aims to know the implementation of Project Based Learning and cooperative learning for developing four pillars of learning and to get the information about the differences learning outcomes using Project Based Learning and cooperative learning for developing four pillars of learning. The populations in this study were all regular students grade VIII SMPN 1 Tambakromo academic year 2011/2012. The sampling technique in this research was used cluster random sampling.The independent variable is the implementation of Project Based Learning model and the dependent variable is the development four pillars of learning. The results showed that Project Based Learning and cooperative learning can be applied for developing four pillars of learning and the students learning outcomes were higher to Project Based Learning class than cooperative learning class in developing four pillars of learning.

Abstract: Employee engagement dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, salah satu diantaranya adalah budaya organisasi. Karyawan akan dapat bekerja dengan baik di dalam perusahaan apabila mempunyai employee engagement yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui gambaran secara deskriptif budaya organisasi dan employee engagement di PT. Primatexco Indonesia. Serta mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement di PT. Primatexco Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.Primatexco Indonesia di Batang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik one stage cluster random sampling . Employee engagement dan budaya organisasi diiukur dengan menggunakan skala employee engagement yang terdiri dari 31 item dan budaya organisasi terdiri dari 30 item. Koefisien reliabilitas skala employee engagement sebesar 0,883 dan skala budaya organisasi sebesar 0,095. Uji pengaruh menggunakan teknik regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS 17.0 for windows. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement , dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,623 dan t hit = 8,481 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) sehingga hipotesis diterima. Artinya semakin baik budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi employee engagement, sebaliknya semakin buruk budaya organisasi maka semakin rendah pula employee engagement . Employee engagement influenced several factors, one of them is culture organization. An employee will can work well in a company when have employee engagement is high. The purpose of this research is: to know a picture in descriptive culture organization and employee engagement in PT. Primatexco indonesia. And knowing influence culture organization against employee engagement in PT. Primatexco indonesia. The study is done at PT. Primatexco indonesia in stems, by the number of samples about 145 people determined uses the technique one stage clusters of random sampling. Employee engagement and cultural organization diiukur employee engagement by using a scale consisting of 31 items and cultural organization consisting of 30 item. A coefficient reliabilitas scale of employee engagement 0,883 and scale of cultural organization 0,095. Test use constructive influence the regression aid program spss 17.0 for windows. Results test hypotheses shows that there are significant influence between cultural organizations against engagement, employee with nilai the regression coefficient 0,623 and t = 8,481 with p = 0,000 ( p < 0.05 ) that hypothesis accepted. It means better cultural organization and employee engagement, higher contrarily worse and cultural organization and the lower employee engagement.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the role of counselors, inhibiting factors and supporters in the assistance of Family Hope Program in Central Semarang District. This research uses a qualitative approach, companion as a research subject. Interview, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The validity of data using triangulation of sources, methods, and theories. The data analysis uses an interactive cycle. The results showed that the companion had four roles of skills namely facilitative roles, educators, representatives/representatives of society, and technical. Internal factors that become obstacles are the difficulty of participants to collect data files, and adapt to new environment companion takes a long time. External factors that become obstacles is the information from the center of the sudden, the distance to the counselee far enough away and the location of the mentoring located in a narrow alley. Supporting factors are the enthusiasm of beneficiaries and adequate facilities.

Abstract: Kinerja Pemasaran adalah merupakan ukuran prestasi yang diperoleh dari aktifitas proses pemasaran secara menyeluruh dari sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi Selain itu, kinerja pemasaran juga dapat dipandang sebagai sebuah konsep yang digunakan untuk mengukur sampai sejauh mana prestasi pasar yang telah dicapai oleh suatu produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan yang dipengaruhi oleh orientasi pasar, inovasi ,orientansi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran Metode penelitian meggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur yang diolah menggunakan SPSS Subjek penelitian ini adalah UKM Sentral batik Trusmi di Kabupaten Cirebon dengan sampel sebanyak 147 responden Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnyaHasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) orientansi pasar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 14,92%,(2) inovasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 8,23%,(3) orientansi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 18,00 % dan (4) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran sebesar 10,89 % Marketing Performance is an achievement measure gained from the overall marketing process activities of a company or organization In addition, marketing performance can also be viewed as a concept used to measure the extent to which market achievements have been achieved by a product which is produced by the company influenced by market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influences of market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurship orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage, as well as to analyze and describe the influence of competitive advantage to marketing performanceThe research method uses quantitative method and analyzed by using SPSS The subject of this research is the UKM of Batik Trusmi Central in Cirebon district The sample is 147 respondents and the method of data collection is questionnaires which is examined by using validity and reliability testThe result of research shows there are significant influences of (1) market orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 14,92%, (2) innovation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 8,23 %, (3) entrepreneurship orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 18,00% and (4) competitive advantage to marketing performance 10,89%

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media permainan monopoli, dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan media permainan monopoli sebagai media pembelajaran biologi SMA kelas XI IPA semester 1 pada materi Sel. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan 4 D model sampai tahap pengembangan ( Develope ). Sasaran penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran Sel yang dikemas dalam bentuk permainan monopoli biologi dan perangkat pembelajaran. Uji coba secara terbatas diterapkan pada siswa kelas XI IPA semester 1 SMA Al Azhar Menganti, Gresik tahun ajaran 2011-2012. Hasil penelitian ini berupa media permainan monopoli yang mendapatkan validitas secara teoritis dengan kelayakan aspek format media 90%, aspek visual 94%, aspek fungsi/kualitas media 92,86%, dan aspek kejelasan media dalam penyajian konsep 88,33%. Dari deskripsi tersebut, media permainan monopoli layak dan dapat diimplementasikan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar pada materi struktur dan fungsi sel. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, permainan monopoli materi sel.
