Abstract: The Company is one of the jobs that was founded in order to reduce unemployment. The progress of a company is determined by the human resources that exist within the company. So the selection of workers will join the company need to be selected first. The hardest thing in making a selection factor is the effort to eliminate the subjectivity of the personnel manager so that every choice made is objective based on the criteria expected by the company. To help determine who is accepted as an employee in the company, we need a method that can provide a valid decision. Therefore, we use Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making with Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) to make a decision making in human resource recruitment. This method was chosen because it can provide the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case, the alternative is that the applicants or candidates. This research was conducted by finding the weight values for each attribute. Then do the ranking process that determines the optimal alternative to the best applicants who qualify as employees of the company. Based on calculations by the SAW obtained the two highest ranking results are A5 (alternative 5) and A1 (alternative 1), in order to obtain two candidates received.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore and investigate the influence of the perception of halal food, halal food quality, halal food safety and knowledge of halal food on student consumer purchase intentions. This study used the Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method and the first stage of this research was quantitative analysis. The questionnaires were distributed randomly with an online electronic questionnaire and using snowball sampling techniques, totaling 420 student respondents. Data processing and hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and SmartPLS software. The second stage is a qualitative analysis that explores the factors that influence student consumers to buy halal food. Primary data collection used open and unstructured interviews in depth with 5 (five) student consumer participants who were selected and determined using purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the perception of halal food has a significant effect on repeat purchases, the quality of halal food has a significant effect on purchases. Halal food safety has a significant positive effect on repeat purchases and knowledge of halal food has a significant effect on repeat purchases. The results of this study can provide insights for halal food producers to see student consumers as one of their target markets in the halal food industry and will help to determine the level of knowledge and students' perceptions of halal food. The novelty of this research is a new model of perception of halal food, quality of halal food, halal food safety and knowledge of halal food on purchase intentions of student consumers in Indonesia using the Explanatory Sequential Mixed Methods with the coverage of a country. This research can serve as a reference for further research to be carried out in other countries and can be adapted and adopted by other countries or in other regions.

Abstract: Penelitian dilandasi fenomena sosial yang terjadi dimana-mana, hampir setiap individu pernah melakukan perbandingan sosial dan salah satu tempat terjadinya perbandingan sosial adalah lingkungan sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi antara harga diri dan motivasi berprestasi dengan perbandingan sosial pada siswa SMAN pengguna Instagram di Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat. Populasi penelitian merupakan siswa SMAN di Kecamatan Kembangan Jakarta Barat berjumlah 2460 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel berjumlah 304 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara harga diri dengan perbandingan sosial ( β = 0,240, p = 0,000), (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan perbandingan sosial (β = 0,105, p = 0,000), (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara harga diri dan motivasi berprestasi dengan perbandingan sosial (R = 0,521, F = 56,005, dan p = 0,000).

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) apakah peserta didik yang diajar dengan model PMRI hasil belajarnya mencapai ketuntasan belajar, (2) apakah kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan model PMRI lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang diajar dengan model ekspositori, dan (3) apakah peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan model PMRI lebih aktif daripada peserta didik yang diajar dengan model ekspositori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Ambarawa. Melalui teknik cluster random sampling , diperoleh kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan model PMRI dan kelas VIIB sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan model ekspositori. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode dokumentasi, metode tes, dan metode pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peserta didik yang diajar dengan model PMRI hasil belajarnya mencapai ketuntasan belajar, (2) kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan model PMRI lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang diajar dengan model ekspositori, dan (3) peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan model PMRI lebih aktif daripada peserta didik yang diajar dengan model ekspositori.
