Abstract: Perlindungan dan jaminan hak asasi tidak hanya perlu bagi warga negara yang normal tetapi juga bagi penyandang disabilitas, yaitu orang yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik, mental, intelektual, atau sensorik. Dalam kenyataan masih banyak penyandang disabilitas yang mendapatkan diskriminasi terkait dengan pemenuhan hak memperoleh pendidikan, pekerjaan, falisitas publik seperti transportasi, tempat ibadah, tempat hiburan, serta persamaan kedudukan di muka hukum. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah upaya pemenuhan hak bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Semarang, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan; apa hambatan-hambatan yang dijumpai dalam upaya pemenuhan hak bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Semarang?; dan bagaimana implementasi undang-undang tentang CPRD di Kabupaten Semarang?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan fokus studi pemenuhan hak bagi penyandang disabilitas melalui implementasi Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabillities (CPRD) dalam bidang pendidikan. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan upaya pemenuhan hak bagi penyandang disabilitas dilakukan dengan memberikan fasilitas pendidikan mulai dari jenjang pendidikan terendah Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) hingga Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Hambatan yang dijumpai dalam upaya pemenuhan hak bagi penyandang disabilitas adalah tidak adanya Balai Rehabilitas milik pemerintah, terbatasnya anggaran, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang profesional, kurangnya kesadaran orang tua yang memiliki anak penyandang disabilitas, minimnya insfratruktur di sekolah untuk penyandang disabilitas. Implementasi undang-undang tentang CPRD dilaksanakan melalui dinas Sosial dan Sekolah Luar Biasa dengan usaha memenuhi hak khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan.

Abstract: This research aimed to determine the influence of third party funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), SWBI (Indonesian Wadiah Certificates Bank ) toward Return on Assets (ROA ) on Syariah Banks in Indonesia. The population in this study were all registered Syariah banking at Bank Indonesia, those are 11 Syariah Banks (BUS). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria, which result were 4 Syariah banks. This study was using multiple linear regression analysis. Data used in this research were obtained from Bank Indonesia during the period of 2011 to 2013. Data analysis methods used in the study were multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses. The result of the research show that the DPK, NPF, FDR, ROA and SWBI simultaneously affect the ROA. Abstract: Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di Sekolah Dasar berlangsung satu arah. Peserta didik kurang aktif dan nilai rata-rata rendah 6,1. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan karakteristik perangkat pembelajaran berbasis lesson study dengan kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together , menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis lesson study dengan NHT, mengetahui kevalidan, keefektifan dan kepraktisan perangkat hasil pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek uji coba adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN Rejosari 03 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan lembar validasi, lembar observasi, dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif persentase dan uji peningkatan menggunakan N-gain. Perangkat pembelajaran hasil pengembangan meliputi silabus, rncana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, bahan ajar, lembar kerja peserta didik, dan evaluasi. Hasil validasi pakar menunjukkan perangkat valid dengan rata-rata 4,24 dari nilai maksimal 5. Peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik pada kategori sedang dengan nilai gain score 0,58 pada uji pemakaian dan peningkatkan hasil belajar pada kategori sedang. Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam berbasis lesson study dengan Numbered Heads Together terbukti efektif digunakan. Implementasi pelaksanaannya guru perlu lebih memperhatikan aspek keaktifan peserta didik dalam menyusun laporan. Teaching learning process in SDN Rejosari 03 Semarang in using one way technique, the student are not active and the average score is only 6,1. The reason are teacher used to be the centre of the class and the lack of the beyond school activities. The problem in this research are: how are the characteristics of teaching learning materialesson study based beyond school with numbered head together, are the developed materialesson study valid, effective, and practical. The purpose of this research are to produce teaching learning materialesson study based on beyond school and numbered head together, to know the developed teaching learning materialesson study validity, effectiveness and practicallity. This research is a kind of development research. The students of fifth grade of SDN Rejosari 03 Semarang 2010/2011 are the subject of this research. The instruments using in this research are validation sheet, observation sheet and questionnaires. The technique of data analysis is percentage descriptive and raising test using N-gain. The development materialesson study are syllabus, lesson plan, teaching materialesson study , student work sheet, and evaluation. The validation result of the expert shows the materialesson study are valid, the score average is 4,24 and maximum score is 5. The students increasing activity in the medium category is 0,58 in the aplication and raising the study result in the medium category. IPA teaching learning process based on NHT is effectively proved. The implementation is teachers need to pay attention more to the students activeness in arranging the report.

Abstract: Research on Vlogs, ethnoscience, and social media literacy, is one of the trends in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, so it is exciting to research. However, scientific studies are still relatively new and rare. A systematic review is not yet available. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze the review content of synthesized articles with a focus on the study of the authors' origin, aims, method variations, and findings. This research's data collection method adopted the PRISMA design, consisting of four steps: identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. Article searches are carried out using the publish or perish application directly linked to Google Scholar search. The total number of articles found was 2971 articles in the period 2016 to 2020. This study was decided to review 25 articles with the distribution of 8 Vlog, 6 ethnosciences, and 11 social media literacy. The results showed that (1) Indonesia was the country that was ranked first out of nine countries on the topics of Vlog by 75% and ethnoscience topics by 67%, (2) the purpose of the research is on average testing, finding and developing topics with other variables, (3) the research methods also used varied, including descriptive qualitative, quasi-experimental, exploratory, survey, literature review, and R&D, (4) The findings indicate that these topics are interesting to study because they have a positive effect on learning, increasing learning motivation, self-confidence, speaking skills, understanding concepts, and critical thinking skills, innovative, creative to the entrepreneurial character.

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP)/multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) nanocomposites were prepared via a melt compounding method using a twin-screw extruder. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to study the crystallization and thermal stability of the nanocomposites. The DSC analysis results revealed that the existence of MWCNTs in a PP matrix, which acted as a nucleating agent enhancing the crystallization process of PP matrix. This behaviour was manifested by an increase in the crystallization temperature and crystallinity index of the nanocomposites. Additionally, the TGA results showed that the addition of MWCNTs dramatically increased the thermal stability of the PP/MWCNT nanocomposites. Generally, MWCNT type C-70P showed improved crystallization and better thermal stability of the nanocomposites compared to type C-150P.
