Journal ArticleDOI

Impact of two bacterial biocontrol agents on bacterial and fungal culturable groups associated with the roots of field‐grown maize

TL;DR: To assess the impact of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Microbacterium oleovorans on bacterial and fungal groups associated to the roots of field‐grown maize.
Journal ArticleDOI

Characterization of bacterioplankton communities from a hatchery recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) for juvenile sole (Solea senegalensis) production.

TL;DR: The results suggest that the water supply may influence the bacterioplankton community structure of sole hatchery RAS and its water supply.
Journal ArticleDOI

Large variability in the motility of spiroplasmas in media of different viscosities.

TL;DR: A simple model is proposed to disentangle the different components of this motility of spiroplasmas by examining trajectories of single bacteria in different viscosity solvents and the temporal fluctuations of the bacteria motility turn out to be very strong with a direct link to tumbling events particular to this bacteria.
Journal ArticleDOI

Complete genome sequence of the Phaeobacter gallaeciensis type strain CIP 105210(T) (= DSM 26640(T) = BS107(T)).

TL;DR: Phylogenomic analyses confirm previous results, which indicated that the originally reported P. gallaeciensis type-strain deposit DSM 17395 belongs to P. inhibens and that CIP 105210T (= DSM 26640T) is the sole genome-sequenced representative of P.gallaecienis.
