Triplication of a 21q22 region contributes to B cell transformation through HMGN1 overexpression and loss of histone H3 Lys27 trimethylation
Andrew A. Lane,Bjoern Chapuy,Charles Y. Lin,Trevor Tivey,Hubo Li,Elizabeth C. Townsend,Diederik van Bodegom,Tovah A. Day,Shuo-Chieh Wu,Huiyun Liu,Akinori Yoda,Gabriela Alexe,Anna C. Schinzel,Anna C. TL;DR: It is shown that germline triplication of only 31 genes orthologous to human chromosome 21q22 confers mouse progenitor B cell self renewal in vitro, maturation defects in vivo and B-ALL with either the BCR-ABL fusion protein or CRLF2 with activated JAK2.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural basis of PP2A inhibition by small t antigen.
TL;DR: The crystal structure of full-length ST in complex with PP2A A subunit at 3.1 Å resolution is determined and it is found that the first zinc-binding motif is in a position that may allow it to directly interact with and inhibit the phosphatase activity of thePP2A catalytic C subunit.
Journal Article
Characterization of HLA-A3-restricted Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes Reactive against the Widely Expressed Tumor Antigen Telomerase
Robert H. Vonderheide,Karen S. Anderson,William C. Hahn,William C. Hahn,Mark O. Butler,Joachim L. Schultze,Lee M. Nadler +6 more
TL;DR: The characterization of hTERT as a polyepitope, polyallelic tumor-associated antigen may provide an approach for circumventing therapy-induced resistance potentially mediated by antigenic- and allelic-loss tumor escape mutants.
Journal ArticleDOI
ZFHX4 Interacts with the NuRD Core Member CHD4 and Regulates the Glioblastoma Tumor-Initiating Cell State
Yakov Chudnovsky,Yakov Chudnovsky,Dohoon Kim,Siyuan Zheng,Warren A. Whyte,Mukesh Bansal,Mark-Anthony Bray,Shuba Gopal,Matthew A. Theisen,Steve Bilodeau,Prathapan Thiru,Julien Muffat,Ömer H. TL;DR: ZFHX4 is defined as a regulatory factor that links the chromatin-remodeling NuRD complex and the GBM TIC state and as a master regulator of CHD4, a core member of the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) complex.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: Observations suggest that alterations in the KEAP1/NRF2 pathway may promote survival in the presence of multiple inhibitors targeting the RTK/Ras/MAPK pathway.
