Journal ArticleDOI

The adaptive immunologic microenvironment in colorectal cancer: a novel perspective.

TL;DR: Evidence is obtained that the type, density, and location of immune cells in colorectal cancer could provide a prognostic factor superior and independent to that of criteria related to the anatomic extent of the tumor.
Journal ArticleDOI

Regulation of high-affinity IgE receptor-mediated mast cell activation by murine low-affinity IgG receptors.

TL;DR: It is reported here that IgE-induced release of mediator and cytokine can be inhibited by cross-linking Fc epsilon RI to low-affinity IgG receptors (Fc gamma RII) which are constitutively expressed on mast cells and basophils which are of potential interest in mast cell physiology and in allergic pathology.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tertiary lymphoid structures in cancer and beyond

TL;DR: Evidence for the roles of TLS in chronic infection, autoimmunity, and cancer, and the question of whether TLS present beneficial or deleterious effects in these contexts are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Classification of current anticancer immunotherapies

Lorenzo Galluzzi, +98 more
- 30 Dec 2014 -
TL;DR: A critical, integrated classification of anticancer immunotherapies is proposed and the clinical relevance of these approaches is discussed.
