Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of access to a service consisting in i) identifying and registering a client (C), ii) authenticating the client to an anonymous certification authority, iii) authenticating the client by producing an anonymous signature and opening and maintaining an anonymous authentication session with a server (Se), and iv) selectively allowing contact between the server (Se) and the anonymous certification authority (ACA) to revoke the anonymity of the client (C) using the signature provided in step iii). The invention also relates to a system for opening and maintaining an authentication session guaranteeing non-repudiation.

Abstract: Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is an attractive technique for wireless communications applications. However, one of the main disadvantages of OFDM is its high Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) that limits transmitter power efficiency. Without any measures, the OFDM signal is limited by the power amplifier (in the transmitter) what causes interference both on the signal itself and in adjacent frequency bands. In this paper we formulate the reduction of the PAPR problem as a Second Order Cone Programming problem (convex optimization). We extend two known methods by choosing unused carriers in standards to minimize PAPR. The results are presented for the 802.11a standard. The proposed method induces no in-band distortion and stay compatible towards the IEEE 802.11a spectrum masking. Moreover, they don't need any side information and can be applied for real or complex OFDM baseband.

Abstract: Current mobility management approaches are highly centralized and hierarchical. They make use of centralized anchors located in core networks, responsible for forwarding traffic to/from mobile nodes' location. Emerging networks standards developed for new broadband cellular radio interfaces are use flat architecture where control functions are deployed in network edges such as evolved base stations. In order to better fit to such distributed logic while optimizing handover efficiency and minimizing traffic encapsulation, we propose a new scheme designed for mobility management in flat architectures. Our scheme dynamically anchors mobile nodes' traffic in access nodes, depending on their location when sessions are set up. A first estimation shows that we can obtain low handover delays, promising for future adoption and development of our distributed and dynamic approach.
