Multilevel Influences on Voluntary Workplace Green Behavior Individual Differences, Leader Behavior, and Coworker Advocacy

TLDR
This article found that conscientiousness and moral reflectiveness were associated with the voluntary workplace green behavior of group leaders and individual group members and found a direct relationship between leader green behavior and the green behaviour of individual subordinates as well as an indirect relationship mediated by green advocacy within work groups.

TL;DR: In this article, the influence of green work climate perceptions and harmonious environmental passion on pro-environmental behaviour (PEB) was evaluated, and the mediating effect of environmental passion between PEB and green climate was determined, which indicated that leaders should actively shape the perception of green climate within their organisations through policies and procedures that support environmental sustainability efforts, as well as effectively communicate with their employees.
