Temporomandibular joint ankylosis caused by chondroid hyperplasia from the callus of condylar neck fracture.
Soung Min Kim,Jung Min Park,Ji Hyuck Kim,Kwang Jun Kwon,Young Wook Park,Jong-Ho Lee,Sang Shin Lee,Suk Keun Lee +7 more
TL;DR: It is thought that the hyperplastic chondroid tissue was derived from the callus of the primary fractured site of the condylar neck and proposed that the chondoid tissue could proliferate continuously because of synovial tissue support from around the temporomandibular joint, resulting in temporom andibular Joint ankylosis.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Back biasing effects in a feedback steep switching device with charge spacer
TL;DR: In this paper, the back gate bias (V BG) effect on the threshold voltage (V T ) of a feedback switching device has been studied using TCAD simulations, and the results indicate that a new V T modulation method is required other than ground plane or V BG schemes.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Body-tied double-gate SONOS flash (omega flash) memory device built on bulk Si wafer
TL;DR: In this article, a body-tied double-gate SONOS flash memory device using bulk Si wafer is proposed for the first time, and the fabrication steps and measured characteristics are presented.
Journal Article
Design of a 20 nm T-Gate MOSFET with a Source/Drain-to-Gate Non-overlapped Structure
TL;DR: In this article, T-gate is used to reduce the gate resistance and to induce more carriers in the non-overlapped region to increase current drivability, resulting in the suppression of the short-channel eects (SCEs).
Journal ArticleDOI
Distribution and phenotypes of hemifacial microsomia and its association with other anomalies.
Il Hyung Yang,Jee Hyeok Chung,Sunjin Yim,Il Sik Cho,Seung Lim,Kikap Kim,Sukwha Kim,Jin-Young Choi,Jong-Ho Lee,Myung-Jin Kim,Seung Hak Baek +10 more
TL;DR: Patients with HFM require individualized diagnosis and treatment planning because of diverse phenotypes and associations with other anomalies.
