Journal ArticleDOI

Failure of Orthodontic Mini-implants by Patient Age, Sex, and Arch; Number of Primary Insertions; and Frequency of Reinsertions After Failure: An Analysis of the Implant Failure Rate and Patient Failure Rate.

TL;DR: PFR was higher than IFR in this study, indicating that the treatment process could be more strongly affected by PFR than I FR, and the failure rate can increase with the frequency of OMI reinsertions after failure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dual-Branch Structured De-Striping Convolution Network Using Parametric Noise Model

Jong-Ho Lee, +1 more
- 01 Jan 2020 -
TL;DR: This article proposes the dual-branch structure based FPN de-striping deep convolutional neural network (DBS-DCN) to effectively extract structural features of FPN and preserve the image details in a single infrared image.
Journal ArticleDOI

Room-Temperature Operation of a Single-Electron Transistor Made by Oxidation Process Using the Recessed Channel Structure

TL;DR: In this article, single-electron transistors with a recessed channel structure using a thermal oxidation process for decreasing the size of quantum dots (QDs) are defined on a one-dimensional silicon nanowire by two tunneling barriers induced through thermal oxidation.
Journal Article

Sensory normative values of lower lip and tongue for evaluation of inferior alveolar or lingual nerve damage

TL;DR: The purpose of this study is to get the Korean adult normative sensory values of lower lip, chin and tongue using modified methods of contact threshold, direction, two point discrimination, pin prick, thermal discrimination and current perception threshold.
