Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of the coding genome of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

TL;DR: By combining next-generation sequencing and copy number analysis, it is shown that the DLBCL coding genome contains, on average, more than 30 clonally represented gene alterations per case and novel dysregulated pathways underlying its pathogenesis are identified.
Journal ArticleDOI

Twist Transcriptionally Up-regulates AKT2 in Breast Cancer Cells Leading to Increased Migration, Invasion, and Resistance to Paclitaxel

TL;DR: This study identifies Twist as a positive transcriptional regulator of AKT2 expression, and Twist-AKT2 signaling is involved in promoting invasive ability and survival of breast cancer cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
